Healing

We have heard your request for your loved one who is in the hospital suffering from chest pain, and we are joining you in prayer for him.

Prayer is a great weapon and our need for it is constant. As we go through each day with its troubles and uncertainties, we need God to be favorable to us, and we find that favor as we seek Him early and by night. We take comfort that when we pray, we do not pray alone, for the prayers of the church are joined together and God hears those who call upon Him with an alert and trusting heart.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You and ask for Your mercy upon this man. You know his pain and his need. We ask that You would lay Your healing hand upon his chest, ease his suffering, grant wisdom to the doctors and nurses who care for him, and bring him to restored health according to Your will. Grant peace to him and to his family in this time of fear, and help them to trust You through this trial. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our hope. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord with confidence, casting your care upon Him and trusting in His goodness. We will continue to remember him in prayer, asking God to grant healing and strength.
