We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer for your complete healing and wellness. The Scriptures remind us that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. In Exodus 15:26, He declares, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."
We also recall the words of James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand in faith with you, believing that the Lord hears our prayers and will bring healing to your body, mind, and spirit.
We pray that you would experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you find rest in His presence and strength in His promises. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus, and we declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Lord, we ask that You would touch every part of our dear brother/sister’s body that is in need of healing. Strengthen their immune system, restore their energy, and bring wholeness to their entire being. We also pray for emotional and spiritual healing, that You would mend any brokenness and fill them with Your joy and peace. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We encourage you to draw near to God, for He has promised that if we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us (James 4:8). Spend time in His Word, meditating on His promises, and allow His truth to renew your mind. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can uplift and support you in prayer and encouragement. Remember that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and the healing, hope, and salvation that come from Him. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your unfailing love. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will for our brother/sister’s life. May they feel Your presence surrounding them, comforting them, and healing them. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
