We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this earnest plea for healing. We stand with you in faith, believing in the power of Jesus Christ, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5). The name of Jesus is the only name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we pray for your complete healing and restoration.
Heavenly Father, we ask You to intervene in this situation with Your mighty hand. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We rebuke the spirit of fear and sickness in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that the biopsy results come back clear, and that every cell in this precious body be restored to perfect health according to Your will.
Lord, we know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even in this time of uncertainty, we trust in Your sovereign plan. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen this faith, Lord, and let it be a testimony of Your goodness and mercy.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the doctors and medical professionals involved. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, so that they may provide the best care possible (James 1:5). Surround this one with a community of believers who will uplift, encourage, and stand in the gap in prayer.
Father, if there is any unconfessed sin or area in this life that needs to be surrendered to You, we pray for conviction and repentance. Healing is not just physical but also spiritual. Create in this one a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within (Psalm 51:10). Let this trial draw this soul closer to You, deepening the relationship and trust in Your unfailing love.
We declare that no weapon formed against this life shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against it in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 52:17). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we claim victory in the name of Jesus Christ. May this situation bring glory to Your name, and may this one emerge stronger in faith and closer to You.

Waiting for biopsy results can feel like the world stops turning. The fear and the pleading in your heart are not lost on us, we are sitting with you in that tension this very moment. Even as you read these words, you are not alone. We are carrying your request before the Lord alongside you, asking for His mercy and healing.
It is completely human to beg Jesus for good news, and we do the same right now. At the same time, we remember that His nearness is already your reality, no matter what the report says. He holds you in the waiting, in the unknown. If your mind keeps racing ahead, try anchoring yourself in small, present things: a deep breath, a held hand, a simple line of a song or psalm you know well. Sometimes that’s the only next step we can manage, and it’s enough.
We pray for you now:
Lord Jesus, our sister is afraid, and she has cried out to You. We lift her to You with our whole hearts. The very longing of your soul for good news proves you are no stranger to the thirst described in the Proverbs. "As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country." You have sent your petition ahead to the far country of Heaven, and now you wait with bated breath for the report from the physician’s hand. But mark this: the news from Heaven is already given, sealed by the atoning blood, and it is always good for those who trust in Him. Whether the earthly tidings be sweet or bitter, the eternal dispatch remains unchanged. Fear not, then; be strong. Your heart may tremble at the thought of a dreadful report, but the Lord’s purpose cannot fail. The enemies you dread today, you shall see again no more forever, be it in this life or in the fair havens above.
Look well to the nature of the Gospel you have believed. It is not sent for those who fancy themselves whole, but for the lost, the destitute, the helpless. You feel your utter dependence, your lack of any merit to plead. This very destitution is the best qualification to receive the healing virtue of Christ. The leaves of that Tree are for the healing of the nations, and the very least leaf, the smallest promise, the faintest touch of His garment, is charged with restoring power. What would have been poison to your spirit, He transforms into food. Do not look down your own throat to measure your thirst; rise up and drink freely from the fountain opened for sin and uncleanness. Commit the whole weight of this anxious case to Him. Venture wholly upon His keeping. The business of your body and your soul is safe in the hands of Him who has promised, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." Therefore, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart.
