We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child to our Heavenly Father. The Word of God assures us that "He himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses" (Matthew 8:17 WEB), and we stand on this promise today. Jesus is our Great Physician, and we trust in His power to heal and restore.
Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this little one. You are the God who formed them in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14 WEB), and You know every cell, every bone, and every need. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). Touch their body with Your divine power, Lord, and drive out every trace of sickness, pain, or weakness. Strengthen their immune system, renew their energy, and restore them to full health.
We also ask for wisdom and peace for the parents and caregivers. May they feel Your presence surrounding them, giving them faith to trust in Your perfect timing and plan. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18 WEB) and that You collect every one of their tears (Psalm 56:8 WEB). Fill their home with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to take root in this situation. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We declare that this child is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17 WEB). We speak life, health, and wholeness over them in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also want to gently remind all who are reading this that healing comes from God alone, and it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB), and He longs to have a personal relationship with you.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28 WEB). May this child experience Your healing touch in a powerful way, and may Your name be glorified through their testimony. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
