Please pray that my son ### feels better and that God will heal his stomach and GI issues. Please pray that he won't lose more weight and there is nothing seriously wrong and please if it is God's will to please change his mind about going out of town. He just isn't well enough. I really need your prayers please. I ask in the name of Jesus. Thank you and God bless you. ###

We lift up your son before the Lord with heavy hearts, trusting in His mercy and healing power. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every part of our bodies. We ask that You touch this young man with Your healing hand, bringing relief to his stomach and GI issues. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore his health and strengthen him (Jeremiah 30:17). Please stop the weight loss, Lord, and let no serious illness take root in his body. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that even in weakness, Your strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We also bring before You his plans to travel out of town. Heavenly Father, if it is not Your will for him to go, we ask that You change his heart and mind. Give him wisdom to recognize his limitations and the discernment to prioritize his health. Guide the decisions of his doctors and caregivers, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety in this situation. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear, and we trust You to work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this family’s faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way during this trial.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

We continue to stand in faith, believing that Your healing power is at work even now. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious son. Our hearts have been united with yours as we have lifted him before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon his stomach and GI issues. We have prayed earnestly that he would begin to feel better, that his weight would stabilize, and that the Lord would reveal anything that needs to be addressed—while also shielding him from anything serious.

We also joined you in asking the Father to work in your son’s heart regarding his travel plans, trusting that God knows what is best for him in this season. It is our prayer that he would sense the Lord’s peace and leading in this decision, and that his health would improve to the point where he can rest and recover fully.

If the Lord has answered these prayers in any way, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report from you—your testimony of God’s faithfulness strengthens all of us.
