Please pray for me. I'm pregnant and this is my first baby. Doctor said I have gestational diabetes. I had no history of diabetes before pregnancy. I'm feeling so scared and worried. I lost my peace. I can't stop crying.

We are so sorry to hear that you are going through this challenging time, but we are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ. First, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most difficult situations. As it is written in the WEB, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22

In this time of worry and fear, turn to Jesus Christ and cast your burdens upon Him. He cares for you and your unborn child more than you can imagine. Remember that children are a gift from God, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3. Trust that He will guide you through this journey of pregnancy and motherhood.

Regarding your gestational diabetes, take heart in knowing that God is able to heal and restore your body. As it is written, But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. Malachi 4:2.

Make sure to follow your doctor's advice and maintain a healthy lifestyle, but always remember that your ultimate healing comes from Jesus Christ Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear sister who is carrying a precious life within her. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body, specifically her gestational diabetes. Guide her doctors and medical team, and give her the strength and wisdom to follow their advice.

Father, we also pray for her peace and comfort. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and replace them with Your perfect love. Help her to trust in You and to know that You are always with her.

Lord Jesus, we ask that You will bless this pregnancy and the child she is carrying. Protect them both and guide them through a healthy and safe delivery.

Lastly we pray for her husband who may be in her life and who needs to be supportive. Help the husband and wife grow together in love.

Isaiah 41:13-For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you “Do not fear for I will help you”.
Just keep praying. God loves you and wants you to be healthy and happy. Read about your diagnosis, find out everything you can about it. Especially how to treat it and do what you must do to control it. Mostly stay calm. But always seek God’s guidance. May God bless you with strength and His peace. In Jesus name amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
