Heavenly Father,
I come before You not with perfection, but with honesty.
I’m tired of holding myself to impossible standards.
I’m tired of chasing love while quietly believing I’m not enough.
And I’m ready—truly ready—to heal.
Lord, teach me to see myself the way You see me.
Not through the lens of rejection or what others failed to give,
But through Your eyes—gentle, steady, kind, and full of grace.
Help me forgive myself for the times I abandoned my own heart.
For when I silenced my needs, hid my truth, or believed I had to perform to be loved.
Unravel every lie that said I was too much, too emotional, too needy, or not enough.
I give You the pain I’ve carried quietly for years.
I give You the little girl inside me who just wanted to be chosen.
And I ask You now, Abba—show her she already is.
Show her that she was never a mistake, never unworthy, never invisible to You.
Restore my identity in You.
Let me build my confidence on Your truth—not people's opinions, not past patterns, not false attachments.
Teach me how to receive love without fear. To trust without panic.
To open my heart without losing myself.
Let this be the beginning, Lord.
Not of striving, but of surrender.
Not of proving, but of peace.
I don’t want to just believe in love—I want to live it, breathe it, and become it.
In Jesus Powerful name, Amen.
