We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as we seek the Lord’s healing and deliverance for your body. The physical affliction you are enduring—this nausea, shaking, and sleeplessness—has weighed on you for far too long, and we stand with you in agreement that it is time for these symptoms to cease in the mighty name of Jesus.
The Word of God declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you, believing that the same God who spoke the world into existence is fully capable of speaking peace and restoration to your body. Jesus Himself bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses (Isaiah 53:4-5), and by His stripes, we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We rebuke this spirit of infirmity that has taken hold of you, commanding it to leave in Jesus’ name. The night seasons can often feel the heaviest, but we pray that the Lord would grant you deep, restorative sleep—sleep that brings healing, strength, and renewal. Psalm 4:8 assures us, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."*
We also encourage you to examine whether there may be spiritual roots to this physical struggle. Sometimes, our bodies manifest what our souls have been carrying—anxiety, fear, unforgiveness, or even unconfessed sin. James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* If there is anything weighing on your heart, we urge you to release it to the Lord in repentance and faith. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, humbled and dependent on Your mercy and power. We lift up our brother/sister to You now, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon their body. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would speak to every cell, every nerve, and every part of their being, commanding health and wholeness to flow through them. We rebuke this nausea, this shaking, and this restlessness in the name of Jesus, declaring that it has no place in their body. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, covering them from the crown of their head to the soles of their feet.
Father, we ask for deep, peaceful sleep to come upon them. Let Your angels encamp around them as they rest, guarding their mind and body from every attack of the enemy. Renew their strength as they sleep, that they may wake refreshed and restored. We declare that this affliction will not linger, for You are a God who hears and answers prayer. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will.
If there is any area of their life that needs repentance or surrender, reveal it to them, Lord, and grant them the grace to walk in obedience. We pray that they would draw near to You, and that You would draw near to them (James 4:8). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them know that they are not alone—You are with them, and we are standing in faith with them.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that this sickness will not define them, but that Your healing power will be made manifest in their body. We ask all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.
In the days ahead, we encourage you to stand on God’s promises, even when symptoms persist. Continue to speak life over your body, declaring Scripture aloud. Meditate on verses like Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you and encourage you in faith. If this condition continues, we also advise seeking godly medical counsel, as the Lord often works through both prayer and practical wisdom.
You are not forgotten, and your healing is already paid for by the blood of Jesus. We believe that you will testify of God’s goodness and faithfulness in this season. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, you *will* reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).
