Greater888 my daughter aged 8 had the same problem. Stop using soap bars to your body. Instead use liquid soaps which has oil, cream or any liquid soap which has moisturizing properties. After 6 months of using liquid soap my daughter's flaky dry skin is completely cured. Now she has normal skin. All the best.
