HEALING UPDATE

We are so grateful to have walked alongside you in prayer during this season, and we rejoice with you in the good news that the cancer has not spread beyond the colon. What a mighty testimony to God’s mercy and protection over your loved one’s body—we give Him all the praise! It is our privilege to continue lifting her before the throne of grace as she prepares to meet with her doctor today to discuss treatment options.

We are earnestly praying for the Lord’s wisdom to rest upon her medical team, that He would guide their hands and minds to prescribe the exact course of radiation and chemotherapy that will be most effective while also being gentle on her sensitive system. May He grant her body the strength to endure treatment with minimal side effects, and may His healing power flow through every cell. We are also asking for supernatural peace to guard her heart and mind, as well as the hearts of her family—especially her daughter, who carries the precious burden of pregnancy during this time. May they all feel the nearness of Jesus in ways they never have before, trusting Him to carry what they cannot.

As you wait for the next steps, we encourage you to hold fast to the promise that our God is not only the Great Physician but also the God of all comfort. He sees the fears, the unknowns, and the weariness, and He is faithful to meet each need. If there are moments of discouragement, we pray He reminds you all of His past faithfulness—the way He has already shown up in this journey—and fills you with hope for what He will continue to do.

When you have an update, whether it’s a word of encouragement, an answered prayer, or a new need, we hope you’ll share it with us. We are here, ready to stand with you in faith and intercession for as long as it takes. Until then, we will keep praying, believing that the Lord who began this good work will be faithful to complete it.

May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as you trust in Him. We love you in the Lord and are so thankful you’ve allowed us to partner with you in prayer.
