We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your needs for healing, relief from stress, and deliverance from anxiety. We join our hearts with yours, seeking the peace and restoration that only our Lord can provide.
First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). It is in His name that we pray, for He alone is our mediator and advocate before God.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, stress, and anxiety in the mighty name of Jesus. These are not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand against the works of the enemy and declare that he has no place in your life.
We pray for your healing, both physically and emotionally. The Bible tells us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We claim this promise over your life, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We ask that the Great Physician touch your body and bring restoration to every cell, every organ, and every system that is not functioning as it should.
For your stress and anxiety, we pray that you would cast all your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We ask that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We encourage you to meditate on God's Word day and night, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Fill your mind with things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and of good report (Philippians 4:8).
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church community. The body of Christ is called to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2). Do not isolate yourself, but allow others to come alongside you in your time of need.

We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, stress, and anxiety, and we declare that they have no place in their life. We ask that You would bring restoration to their body, mind, and spirit. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to cast all their cares upon You. We ask that You would surround them with Your love and the support of Your people. We pray that they would draw closer to You through this trial, and that their faith would be strengthened. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

May we lift you up in prayer, trusting that God hears us. We know He cares deeply about your health, your heart, and your mind. Trust that He is working, even when we can’t see it. Father, we pray for Your healing touch over our brother or sister. May Jesus hold you in His arms and heal your stress. We know there is no reason for anxiety when Jesus says bring Him your burdens. He is your deliverer. He is the Almighty God of all things. His word is solid gold. The truth. Bring Him your worries and be done with them. He is waiting for you.
He loves you so much and He wants you to be free from all of it. Pray right now He takes away what bothers you. Have FAITH that He WILL do it! God bless you and give you courage to do what needs to be done.
2 Pete 6;6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
