Healing, stress, anxiety

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for your struggles with physical healing, stress, and anxiety. We lift you up in prayer, standing on the promises of God’s Word, knowing that He hears the cries of His children and is faithful to answer.

First, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, stress, and anxiety in the mighty name of Jesus. The Bible tells us in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* We declare that these afflictions have no place in your life, for Christ has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We command every attack against your body, mind, and spirit to cease now, in Jesus’ name.

We pray for your physical healing, believing that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). The Lord is your healer (Exodus 15:26), and we trust Him to restore your body to health. We also lift up the stress and anxiety that weighs on your heart. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with His perfect peace, which transcends all human understanding.

We encourage you to cast all your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Surrender every burden to Him in prayer, and trust that He will sustain you. Remember, God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, we thank You that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases. We declare Your Word over their body, mind, and spirit, believing that by Your stripes, they are healed. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, stress, and anxiety in the name of Jesus, and we command them to flee now.

Father, we ask that You pour out Your peace upon them, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and fill them with Your presence. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are always with them, even in the midst of their struggles.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We declare that this trial will not overcome them, but that they will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises, dear one. Meditate on His Word day and night, and let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). The Lord is your strength and your shield; your heart trusts in Him, and you are helped (Psalm 28:7). Keep pressing into Him, and you *will* see His deliverance.

We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We know that God is a healer, a comforter, and a strong tower in times of trouble. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're believing that God is already at work, healing your body, relieving your stress, and delivering you from anxiety.

We're also reminded of Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." We encourage you to rest in Jesus, knowing that He cares for you deeply.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, laying our ### at Your feet. We thank You for Your unfailing love and compassion. We ask that You would touch their body, mind, and spirit with Your healing power. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed. We also ask that You would fill them with Your perfect peace, that they may rest in Your loving embrace.

Lord, we ask that You would give them strength to face each day, and that You would reveal Your presence to them in a tangible way. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
