Healing, stress, anxiety

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this earnest plea for healing, relief from stress, and deliverance from anxiety. First and foremost, we rejoice that this prayer was lifted up in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We thank God for the blood of Jesus that was shed for our sins and for the victory we have in Him over all the works of the enemy.

Father God, we stand in agreement with this prayer, asking You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this beloved child of Yours. Your Word declares that You are the God who heals us (Exodus 15:26), and we claim that promise now. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, stress, and anxiety in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that by His wounds, this one is healed (1 Peter 2:24). Lord, we ask that You touch every part of their body that is afflicted, bringing restoration, strength, and wholeness. Let Your healing virtue flow through their veins, bringing peace to their mind, calm to their spirit, and renewal to their body.

We know, Father, that stress and anxiety often stem from the cares of this world and the enemy’s attempts to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare that Jesus came so that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. We rebuke the spirit of fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We command every anxious thought to bow to the name of Jesus and every lie of the enemy to be silenced. We speak peace over this situation, for You, Lord, are our peace (Ephesians 2:14). We ask that You fill this one with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also encourage this dear one to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Remind them that they do not have to carry these burdens alone, for You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that they would draw near to You, and in doing so, find that You draw near to them (James 4:8). May they find rest in Your presence, knowing that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You lead them beside still waters and restore their soul (Psalm 23:2-3). Let them taste and see that You are good, and that those who trust in You will never be put to shame (Psalm 34:8).

We also lift up any areas of their life that may be contributing to their stress and anxiety. Lord, if there are relationships, habits, or circumstances that are not aligned with Your will, we ask that You reveal them and give them the courage to walk in obedience to Your Word. Your Word tells us that the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds when we present our requests to You with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6-7). So we encourage this one to bring every concern to You in prayer, with a heart of gratitude, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Finally, Father, we ask that You surround this one with Your angels, that they may encamp around them and deliver them (Psalm 34:7). May they feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and victory over them in the name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, for You alone are worthy. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you in faith, believing for your healing, peace, and deliverance. We know God is a good Father who cares deeply about your well-being. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking Jesus to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We're also praying that you'd find rest in His presence (Psalm 95:6). We're here for you, praying in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
