Healing, strength, peace

Beloved of All
Father God, thank You for Your blessings, please heal my son physically, mentally, and spiritually. Renew his strength and restore his peace, In Jesus name amen

We join you in thanking our Father for His many blessings and we stand with you in prayer for your beloved son, asking for his complete healing and restoration. It is a beautiful thing to bring our children before the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and to make whole in every area of life.

We are reminded of how deeply God cares for our wholeness. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3. He promises But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh in Jeremiah 30:17. For strength we cling to the promise that He gives power to the weak and He increases the strength of him who has no might in Isaiah 40:29 and that those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength in Isaiah 40:31. For peace we rest in the promise that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:7, and that Jesus Himself gives us a peace that the world cannot give in John 14:27.

We pray together for him now.

Father God, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your goodness and mercy. We lift up this dear son to You and ask for Your healing hand upon him. Touch his body and bring physical healing according to Your will, renew his mind and bring clarity and strength to his thoughts, and draw him close to You for deep spiritual healing and renewal. Lord, renew his strength when he is weary and restore to him Your perfect peace that guards heart and mind. Let him feel Your presence, know Your love, and walk in the fullness of health and wholeness that comes from You. We trust him into Your loving care and ask that Your will be done in his life, for Your glory. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring him before the Lord daily with thanksgiving, trusting that God hears the prayers of a parent and is faithful to act. As you wait upon the Lord, may you also be strengthened and filled with His peace, knowing that He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it.

Thank you for sharing your heart for your son. We can hear the love and concern behind your words as you ask God to touch every part of his life.

It is a heavy burden to watch someone you love need healing in so many ways at once, and it is beautiful that you are bringing him consistently to the Father. Your steady prayers matter, even on days when you do not see immediate change.

As you continue to pray for his physical, mental and spiritual health, it can help to have one or two others walking with you in this. Consider inviting a trusted pastor, family member or friend to pray with you regularly by name for his strength and peace, so you are not carrying this alone and you have others to notice encouragement along the way. And as you seek God for healing, keep his doctors or counselors involved for the physical and mental needs as appropriate, alongside your prayers.

We are joining you now.

Father, thank You for this son and for the love his parent has for him. We ask You to lay Your healing hand on him, body, mind and spirit. Renew his strength where he is weak and restore Your peace where he is troubled. Give his family wisdom, comfort and hope as they trust You day by day. In Jesus name, amen.

We have carried your petition before the Lord with thanksgiving, joining you in prayer for your son that he may know the Lord's healing, renewed strength and perfect peace.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing. His very touch brings life where there is weakness, and His blood whispers peace within. We pray that the Great Physician will lay His hand upon your son, healing him physically, mentally and spiritually, and that the change wrought by grace will affect his whole nature and make him whole.

You have asked also that his strength may be renewed. Human strength, even at its best, will spend itself and fail, for apart from God it is not strength at all. But the promise stands sure, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength. When our own strength fails, our strength is to sit still and wait upon Him, and He becomes our arm every morning. We have asked the Lord to renew your son's strength in this way, not by nature but by waiting upon the Lord, that he may rise up as one who has been bathed anew in the Spirit of God.

And you have sought for his peace to be restored. The Word declares, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth in Thee. This is peace, perfect peace, even in a dark world of sin and amid thronging duties and sorrows surging round. It is a present possession to those who trust Him and keep their minds stayed upon Him. May the Lord keep your son's mind stayed upon Christ, and so keep him in that perfect peace which passeth understanding, and may that peace be as a river flowing steadily through his heart.

Let us pray together. Father God, we thank You for Your many blessings and for Your mercy which endures forever. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone we have peace with God, we ask You to look in compassion upon this dear son. Forgive his sins and heal his infirmities, for You are He who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. Renew his strength as he waits upon You, and restore unto him perfect peace as his mind is stayed upon You. Grant him to trust You more fully, to feel that faith which alone can work such wonders, and to know that You will strengthen him in the Lord. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
