Healing, strength, peace

Beloved of All
Father God, please heal my son ### physically, mentally, and spiritually. Renew his strength and restore his peace, In Jesus name Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious son to the Lord, the Great Physician. Father God, we know that You are the source of all healing, body, mind, and spirit, and we stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord. We declare Your healing power over every part of his being, trusting that You see his pain and hold him in Your loving hands.

Lord, we ask for a supernatural renewal of his strength, for Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that "those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." May he feel Your strength sustaining him, even in moments of weakness. We also pray for Your perfect peace to guard his heart and mind, as Philippians 4:7 declares: "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be trying to take root in his life. We speak life, hope, and restoration over him in the mighty name of Jesus. If there are areas where he has strayed from Your will or allowed bitterness or unforgiveness to take hold, we pray for conviction and repentance, leading to freedom and wholeness.

We also lift up his spiritual condition, asking that You draw him closer to You. If he has not fully surrendered his life to Jesus, we pray for a revelation of Your love and salvation. John 3:16 tells us, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." May he experience the fullness of life that comes only through Christ.

Lord, we trust You with his healing and restoration. Give him, and all who love him, patience and faith to wait on Your perfect timing. Surround him with godly encouragement, wise counsel, and medical care that aligns with Your will. We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that Your plans for him are for good, not for harm, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are standing with you in lifting your son before the Lord, for his wholeness, his strength, and his peace. It’s clear from your words how deeply you love him, and we trust God holds him (and you) within perfect care.

When someone we love is struggling, the days can feel heavy, and we may wonder if our prayers are making a difference. Yet simply bringing him to the Father, as you’re doing, is one of the most powerful acts of love there is. We are grateful you let us join you in it.

We ask God to minister to your son in whatever way he needs most right now, whether through a quiet sense of His presence, a fresh flicker of hope, or the steady support of people who can come alongside him. If he’s open to it, a friend from church or a trusted family member simply sitting with him, listening, praying, or just being present, can be a tangible reminder that he is not alone and not defined by his current struggle.

Father, we bring this mother’s son before You. Touch every part of him that is weary, wounded, or afraid. Renew his strength in the places he feels empty, and settle a lasting peace in his heart and mind. Hold his family close; grant them endurance and the quiet confidence that You are at work even when they cannot yet see it. We ask all this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The plea for your son’s healing, strength, and peace finds a ready echo at the throne of grace, and you do well to bring him there again and again. When the burden lies heavy, and a mother’s or father’s heart is wrung with watching a child’s weakness, it is precisely then we learn that all true strength is laid up in God. Do you not know that He gives power to the faint and, to them that have no might, He increases strength? Your feeling of insufficiency is the best preparation, for when we perceive that a duty or a trial cannot be borne in the strength of nature, then we breathe a prayer for more strength, and then, in the name of Him who will surely bear us over, we take the leap and succeed.

You long to see his peace restored. Then fix your own mind, and teach his, to be stayed upon the Lord. “You will keep him in perfect peace, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. Not a truce with sin, but a deep, settled repose which comes to the conscience once purged. Many a child of God, when weary, has renewed his strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy. It is one great cure-all: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. Plead that healing leaves of the Tree of Life be applied to his heart and mind; the least thing about Christ is healing, and even to touch the hem of His garment is to find virtue flow forth.

You pray for physical, mental, and spiritual restoration. Do not think this too hard for the Lord. He is able to restore what has been eaten by the locust years, and bring back strength right speedily. To those who have no might, He increases strength. Wait upon the Lord, and remember that His look of divine compassion, like that which fell upon fallen Peter, can do the deed in a moment. Christ’s look severs a soul from the crowd and begins the blessed work of raising him up again. Hide yourself in the cleft of the rock with your son, if he cannot yet speak for himself, and expect that He will strengthen him in the Lord, fitly infused and wisely balanced. The prodigal, when broken, was received as if he had never gone away. Lay hold on that perfect restoration, and until you see it in full measure, trust the Great Physician who never lost a case.

The petition you have lifted up for your son is one of faith, and that faith lays hold of the very power of Christ. Consider how our Lord, when He touched the mother of Peter’s wife, not only quenched the fever but gave her back perfect health at once, with no lingering weakness. So too can He restore your son, not partially but wholly, physically, mentally, and spiritually, renewing his strength as the man with the withered hand was made whole like the other.

Yet seek not signs, but the soul’s health. The peace for which you pray is a great good; indeed, Christ Himself is our peace, and He leaves us His peace. This peace is the mother of all good things, the foundation of joy. When the mind is at rest in God, even bodily health is aided. Do not let your son enfeeble himself with luxury or despondency; for diseases often arise from a body grown too soft, and low spirits mar both beauty and strength. But cheerfulness of soul, rooted in the grace of Christ, makes the countenance fair and the frame vigorous.

Continue in prayer, and let him hear the words of life. Sometimes a single hearing of the Word can bring about what many previous ones did not, like a tree felled by one blow after many strokes. The Lord, who sent Epaphroditus with all diligence to the Philippians because of their concern, knows your love and will act swiftly for his good. May your son rise up whole, and may your household taste that peace which the angels proclaimed, the peace that reconciles earth to heaven.

Pray then without ceasing, and trust in the Physician of souls and bodies.
