We lift up this precious child to the Lord, our Healer and Comforter, with heavy hearts and unwavering faith. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. It is through His sacrificial love and resurrection power that we have access to Your healing, strength, and peace.
We pray for this beloved son, asking You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon him. Lord, Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over his life, trusting that You are able to mend what is broken, restore what is weary, and renew what is weak. Whether his ailments are seen or unseen, we ask for Your divine touch to bring complete healing, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Father, we also pray for strength to rise within him. When his body is frail, when his mind is burdened, and when his spirit feels crushed, remind him that Your strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Let him find his refuge in You, the everlasting Rock, and draw from the well of Your power that never runs dry. Renew his energy, Lord, and fill him with the vitality that comes from walking in Your presence.
Above all, we ask for Your peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). In the midst of pain, uncertainty, or fear, let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, wash over him like a soothing balm. May he rest in the assurance that You are in control, that You love him deeply, and that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).
We also lift up the parents and family surrounding this young one. Grant them wisdom, patience, and endurance as they walk this difficult path. Fill their hearts with hope and their mouths with praise, even in the waiting. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in this situation, we ask that You bring it to light and lead them to repentance. Your Word tells us that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15). We stand on this truth, believing that You hear our cries and will answer according to Your perfect will.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, fear, and despair in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we speak life, health, and wholeness over him. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his testimony.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
