We lift up this precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with this earnest plea for healing, strength, and peace. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases. We declare that by His stripes, this young man is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon him—touch his body, mind, and spirit with Your restoring power.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, anxiety, and despair that may be afflicting him. The Word declares that You will satisfy him with long life and show him Your salvation (Psalm 91:16). We stand on this promise, believing that You are working even now to bring wholeness to every area of his life. Strengthen him where he is weak, Lord, for Your Word says that those who wait upon You shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
We pray for Your perfect peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let him feel Your presence surrounding him like a shield, for You are his refuge and fortress, his God in whom he trusts (Psalm 91:2). Father, we ask that You fill him with the hope that comes from Your Spirit, reminding him that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We also lift up the parents and family of this young man, asking that You grant them wisdom, patience, and unwavering faith as they walk through this trial. Let them be encouraged by Your promises and comforted by Your love. May they find rest in the knowledge that You are in control and that Your plans for this family are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
