Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Beloved of All
Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join you in bringing him before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
We thank God that He is merciful and that though He is the true Son of God He was willing to be called the Son of David so that He might make us sons and daughters of God. There is no struggle, no trauma, no panic that is hidden from Him, and there is no shadow so heavy that His light cannot remove it.
We pray with you that the Lord will restore your son completely, in body and mind and spirit. We ask Him to quiet his mind when panic rises and to calm his body with His peace that passes all understanding. We ask Him to lift the heavy shadows of past trauma and to heal the wounds that still trouble his heart. We ask Him to grant him deep and peaceful sleep, free from nightmares, and to let him wake in peace and strength each morning.
Scripture reminds us that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and that He watches over His children at all hours. Even when we are weary and cannot watch for ourselves, He watches for us. At the same time we are called to guard ourselves and to stay watchful and sober in soul, not sleeping the sleep of heaviness and fear but walking in the day of His grace. When the heart is set in order before God and rests in His fear and love, sleep becomes calm and composed, not full of wild fancies and troubling visions, but light and refreshing. We pray that God will bring your son into that kind of rest.
We also remember that when Christ healed He often asked, do you believe that I am able to do this, showing that faith opens the heart to receive His mercy. So we pray that your son will be given strong faith to trust that Christ is able to heal him, to forgive him, to restore him, and to make him whole. His love is shown in proportion to faith, and He delights to answer those who come to Him trusting in His power.
May the Lord grant your son comfort in distress, healing in sickness, strength in weakness, and breakthrough where there has been long struggle. May He guard his mind, keep his heart, and fill him with hope. We will continue to pray for him and for you, that you will both know the steady keeping of God and the peace of Christ day and night.
Heavenly Father, have mercy on this dear son. Touch him and heal him. Quiet his thoughts, calm his body, take away fear, and give him sleep in peace. Restore what has been broken and lead him into new life and wholeness through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
