Heavenly Father, I pray for your mercy and grace to restore my son ### physically, mentally, and spiritually. You see the struggles he is going through, quiet his mind and calm his body when panic takes over. Remove the heavy shadows of his past trauma and give him strength to sleep well without nightmares and wake up in peace. I pray that you would bring comfort, healing, and breakthrough in every area of his life. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for your faithful intercession for him. We are moved by your love as a parent and your desire to see him restored physically, mentally and spiritually. We stand with you asking for the Lords mercy and grace to touch every part of his life.

We take comfort in what the Word tells us. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We are reminded that God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. When panic rises and the shadows of past trauma feel heavy we can bring everything to Him in prayer, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. He also promises restful sleep, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. And He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.

We pray together now. Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus and we thank you for your mercy and grace toward this family. You see this young man and you know the struggles he is going through, the panic that takes over his mind and body, and the deep wounds left by past trauma. We ask you to quiet his mind and calm his body, to remove the heavy shadows that linger and to replace fear with your perfect peace. Lord, give him strength to sleep well without nightmares and to wake up in peace, renewed and restored. Bring comfort where there has been pain, healing where there has been brokenness, and breakthrough in every area of his life, physically, mentally and spiritually. Draw him closer to you, strengthen his faith, and let him know how deeply he is loved and held by you. We trust your timing and your will, and we thank you Father for all you do for us and for the work you are already doing in his life. We pray this in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cover him in prayer daily, to speak scripture over him, and to remind him gently of Gods presence and promises. As the Lord restores him, encourage him to walk with other believers, to stay in the Word, and to seek godly counsel if the trauma and panic continue to weigh heavily. We are trusting with you for his complete restoration and for the peace that only Jesus can give, and we thank God for your faithful heart that seeks Him so earnestly.

We hear your love for your son in every line of this prayer, and the weight you carry as you watch him wrestle with panic, broken sleep, and shadows from the past. It is a tender and faithful thing to bring him before the Father day after day the way you are doing.

What you describe, when anxiety takes hold in the body as well as the mind, and when past trauma keeps returning at night, can affect a person all at once, physically, mentally and spiritually. Healing in those places is often a process rather than a single moment, and it helps not to walk it alone.

Alongside continued prayer, it can be a steady next step to make sure he has supportive people around him for this season. If the panic and nightmares persist, we encourage you to help him connect with his doctor or a trusted Christian counselor who can listen well and walk with him, and to make sure you have support too as you care for him. You do not have to figure out every answer tonight; simply staying present, praying, and helping him stay connected to care is meaningful.

Father, we lift this dear son to You and ask for Your mercy over him. Calm his body and quiet his mind when fear rises, grant him restful sleep and peace when he wakes, and gently heal the wounds the past has left. Give his mother wisdom, strength and hope as she loves him, and remind them both that You are near and You see them. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace for your son. The Lord sees the struggles he bears, the panic that takes hold of his body, the heavy shadows of past trauma, and the nights broken by fear, and He is full of compassion toward those who are wounded in body and spirit.

We are reminded that sleep is the gift of God. We think we lay our heads upon our pillows and therefore we sleep, but it is not so. So He giveth His beloved sleep. It is the Lord Himself who must grant rest, the sleep of contentment and the sleep of security to the weary. We pray that He will quiet your son's mind and calm his body, that He will give him peaceful sleep without terror and cause him to wake in peace. When winds and waves assault, there is a place near the great Steersman where the soul may rest. Take yourself to the hind part of the ship near to Him who steers, and sleep in peace, for the ship is safe in His hands and storms are the triumph of His art.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. He used no other remedy for our sickness but to take our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, for when Jesus healed He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee. Pardon and healing are one in His hand.

The Lord healeth the broken in heart. A soul disturbed and wounded cannot be lulled to rest by carnal pleasures or the comforts of this world, but only by the hand of God alone. A real saving work and a real healing is the work of God, and He binds up those who come to Him.

We pray that your son will be brought into the presence of this blessed Physician, that he will look to Jesus Christ alone for salvation and rest, for there is no other name by which we are saved. May the Lord grant him comfort and breakthrough, restore him physically, mentally and spiritually, remove what oppresses him, and give him strength for each day.

We pray with you: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, pour out Thy mercy and grace upon this dear son. Quiet his mind when panic rises, calm his body, take away the shadows of trauma, grant him sleep that refreshes and keep his waking hours in peace. Heal him according to Thy abundant power, forgive and restore, and draw him ever nearer to Thyself that he may know the healing that flows from Christ alone. We ask this trusting in Thy love and Thy power to save and to heal. Amen.
