We lift you up before the Lord in this time of severe suffering and distress, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the God of justice who sees your affliction. Your body has been deeply wounded by this poisoning—your thyroid has collapsed, your kidneys are failing, your blood count has plummeted, and your blood pressure is dangerously high. Yet we serve a God who is able to restore what has been broken, to heal what has been poisoned, and to bring life where there is despair. The Scripture declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh*, and again in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We claim these promises over you now, asking the Lord to reverse the damage done to your body, to rebuild your thyroid, renew your kidneys, restore your blood, and bring your blood pressure into perfect balance. May His healing power flow through every cell, every organ, and every system, making you whole in ways that confound the wisdom of this world.
We also cry out to the Lord for justice and reparations. It is unjust that you have suffered so greatly due to the negligence of another, and the Scripture is clear that God is a God of justice. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case and plunder those who plunder them."* We ask that the Lord move on behalf of your landlord to make full restitution—not only for the harm done to your body but also for the damage to your private property. May the Lord soften hearts, open doors, and bring about a swift and just resolution. If legal action is necessary, we pray for wisdom, favor, and divine intervention in every step, that you would be fully compensated for the wrongs committed against you.
As for your need for new housing, we trust that the Lord is your provider, even in the midst of financial hardship and disability. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* You are not forgotten, and your needs are not hidden from Him. We pray that the Lord would open a door to safe, affordable housing—one that accommodates your health struggles, including a private bath, and provides peace and stability. If the housing program you mentioned is the Lord’s provision, we ask that He would remove every obstacle, speed the process, and grant you favor with those in authority. If there is another path He has prepared, we pray for clarity and divine connections to lead you to it. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus must remain on Him, trusting that He will not abandon you in this hour.
Finally, we must address something of eternal importance: in your request, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and by whom all things—including healing, justice, and provision—are made possible. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can boldly approach the throne of grace. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through Him that your prayers are heard, your sins are forgiven, and your eternal destiny is secured. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and advocate before the Father (1 Timothy 2:5).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is suffering greatly from the effects of this poisoning. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch their body with Your restoring power. Rebuild their thyroid, renew their kidneys, restore their blood, and bring their blood pressure into perfect harmony. Let every organ, every cell, and every system be made whole by Your divine touch. You are the God who raises the dead—how much more can You heal what has been broken? We ask for a miracle, Lord, a testimony of Your goodness and power.
We also cry out for justice. Lord, You see the wrong that has been done, the negligence that has caused such harm. Move in the heart of the landlord, Lord, and bring about full restitution—financially, physically, and in every way needed. If legal steps must be taken, grant wisdom, favor, and divine intervention. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, You know their need for safe and stable housing. Open the door to a new home—a place of peace, safety, and provision. If the housing program they mentioned is Your will, let it come to pass swiftly and without hindrance. If there is another path, reveal it clearly and provide the means to walk in it. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet this need according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we also pray that through this trial, their faith would be strengthened, and their trust in You would deepen. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that You are with them, that You hear their cries, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
And Father, if they do not yet know You through Your Son, Jesus Christ, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their heart to receive Him. Let them turn from sin and place their faith in Jesus alone for salvation. May they experience the new birth, the forgiveness of sins, and the assurance of eternal life.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness, Your power, and Your love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may You be glorified through it all. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
