Healing, protection
We join with you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for coming to Him in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.
We stand with you in asking for His healing touch upon your son physically, mentally, and spiritually, and for His mighty protection over him. We are comforted to know that our Father hears the prayers of those who seek Him and that His love for your son is even greater than your own.
We pray together now, Father, we thank You for Your mercy and Your steadfast love toward us and toward this son You have given. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would touch him and heal him completely, body, mind, and spirit. You are the One who forgives all our sins and who heals all our diseases as Psalm 103:3 reminds us, and we claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17 that You will restore health and heal wounds. We ask that You would bring wholeness where there is sickness or struggle, clarity and peace where there is distress of mind, and renewed strength in his spirit as he walks with You. Lord, surround him with Your presence and let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and his thoughts in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:7 declares.
We also ask for Your divine protection over him. Keep him from all harm and danger, both seen and unseen. We claim Your word in Psalm 91:11 that You will put Your angels in charge of him to guard him in all his ways, and in Psalm 121:7-8 that You will keep him from all evil and keep his soul, and keep his going out and his coming in from this time forward and forevermore. Do not let fear have a place, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We encourage you to continue to rest in His faithfulness and to keep bringing your son before Him daily, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see. He is our great Physician and our refuge, and His presence is our greatest protection. We thank You Father for all You have done and all You will do, and we trust this precious son into Your loving hands, in Jesus' name, Amen.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon a soul, He comes with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found together in Him. He took our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself, that we might be healed by what He bore.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and how much more should we bring the sickness of soul and mind to Him who alone can heal the broken heart. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus. There is healing in the doctrine of His incarnation, in His atoning death, in His living presence, for He has borne all for His people.
