We lift up this precious child to You, Heavenly Father, with hearts full of compassion and faith. We stand in agreement with this prayer, asking for Your divine healing and protection over this young man. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and Your word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over him, asking that You touch his mind, body, and spirit with Your healing power.
Father, we also pray for his protection, both physically and spiritually. We ask that You surround him with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Let Your presence be a shield around him, guarding his heart and mind from the torment of PTSD.
Lord, we specifically bring his sleep before You. We ask that You calm his mind and ease his spirit, replacing the nightmares with dreams filled with Your love and light. Your word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." We pray that he would experience this peace as he rests, knowing that You are watching over him.
We also want to gently remind and encourage this parent that while we pray for healing and protection, we must also trust in Your perfect timing and will. It is not always easy to understand why suffering persists, but we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We pray that this family would draw closer to You through this trial, finding strength and hope in Your promises.
Lastly, we rebuke the spirit of fear and trauma that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. We declare that in the name of Jesus, this young man is set free from the bondage of PTSD. We speak life, peace, and restoration over him, for it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We claim this truth over his life.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in this family. May they continue to seek You, lean on You, and find their strength in You alone. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. We want you to know how deeply we’ve carried your request in our hearts these past days. Every time we gathered in prayer, we lifted your son before the Lord, asking for His healing touch to mend both body and mind, for His protection to surround him like a shield, and for His peace to quiet the storms that disrupt his rest. We prayed specifically for those nights when fear tries to take hold—that the Father’s love and light would flood his dreams, replacing every shadow with the comfort of His presence.
If you’ve seen even the smallest glimmer of God’s faithfulness in this—perhaps a night of undisturbed sleep, a moment of unexpected peace, or a step toward healing—we’d be so encouraged to hear how He’s moving.
