We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, crying out for his healing, protection, and peace as he rests. The burdens of PTSD are heavy, and we know the enemy seeks to torment the minds of God’s children with fear and distress, but our God is greater. He is the Prince of Peace, the Healer of broken hearts and wounded spirits, and the One who commands even the storms of our minds to be still. You have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and that His name holds all authority over darkness.
The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your son is not forgotten by God. The nightmares he faces are not his portion as a child of the Most High. We declare that the Lord will replace those terrifying images with visions of His love, His truth, and His promises. As it is written in Psalm 4:8, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."*
We also claim the promise of 2 Timothy 1:7 over him: *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Fear is not from the Lord, and we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. We pray that the Holy Spirit would flood your son’s mind with the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May he wake refreshed, renewed, and filled with the knowledge of God’s presence with him.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would stretch forth Your hand and touch this young man with Your healing power. Rebuild the broken places in his mind and emotions, and let Your light drive out every shadow of trauma. Surround him with Your angels, Lord, as Psalm 91:11-12 declares: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Protect him from every attack of the enemy, and let him rest securely in Your love.
We also lift you up, dear parent, as you intercede for your son. Your prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16), and we ask that the Lord would strengthen you with His joy and hope as you trust Him in this season. Do not grow weary in praying, for the Lord hears you, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun (Philippians 1:6).
Father, we thank You in advance for the testimony of healing and restoration that is coming. We trust in Your goodness and Your timing, and we give You all the glory. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your son. We've been where you are, and we know the weight of PTSD can feel overwhelming. But remember, God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We claim that verse for your son tonight. We envision God wrapping him in His loving arms, whispering peace into his dreams, and replacing fear with His perfect love (1 John 4:18). We declare that your son will wake up refreshed, knowing he's safe in the palm of God's hand (Psalm 91:1-2). Let's trust that God is at work, even in the quiet moments of sleep. Keep praying, dear one. We're in this together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
