We are touched by your prayer request for your ### and we join you in lifting him up to our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful that you are praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God and it is the name above all names.
We read in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let us claim this promise together for your ###, that God's peace will guard his heart and mind.
We also find comfort in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Your ### is not alone in his struggles, for the Lord is near to him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this precious ### to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon his life, that You would comfort him and ease his suffering. Lord, we pray that You would protect him from the torment of nightmares and fill his dreams with Your love and light.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus, and we declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear. We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May he find rest and solace in You, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is found in Jesus' name. We believe that You are working in his life, bringing healing and restoration. We commit him into Your loving hands, trusting that You will never leave him nor forsake him.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your ###, standing on the promises of God's Word. Keep reminding him of God's love and faithfulness, and encourage him to seek the Lord in prayer and in the reading of Scripture. The Lord is his strength and his shield; his heart trusts in Him, and he is helped. Therefore, his heart greatly rejoices, and with his song he will thank Him (Psalm 28:7).
May the Lord bless you and keep you as you trust in Him and may you both find comfort and peace in His presence.
