We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to our Heavenly Father. We thank you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God and it is by His name that we are saved and can be healed.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch and protection for this dear son. Lord, You know the struggles he faces, the nightmares that plague his sleep due to PTSD. We ask for Your comfort and peace to envelop him.
Father, we pray for Your healing power to work in his life, both physically and emotionally. We trust in You, for You are the Great Physician. Help him to sleep peacefully, free from the torment of nightmares. Your Word tells us that "He gives to His beloved sleep" (Psalm 127:2, WEB).
We also pray for Your protection over him, shielding him from all harm and danger. We claim Your promise that "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing, profound peace, and unyielding protection. We ask this believing in the mighty Name of Jesus, who conquered death and gave us new life. We also pray for Your will and guidance to be clear and present in his life.
Father, we also pray for the one who submitted this request. We pray that You fill them with Your love, peace, and guidance. Help them to see Your hand at work in their lives and in the life of their son. We pray for a full family, all within a loving marriage as You designed it, Lord.
Lord, please help them to trust in You and Your promises. May they be continually reminded of this promise: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your son. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16, WEB). Trust in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. He is always with you, and He cares deeply for you and your son.
