We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, seeking healing, protection, and peaceful sleep for him. We stand on the promises of God, knowing that He cares for us and that He hears our prayers.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of this dear son. You tell us in Your Word that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We ask for Your healing touch on his mind, body, and spirit. Comfort him in his struggles, and help him to sleep peacefully, free from the nightmares of PTSD.
We know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We rebuke the spirit of fear and trauma that may be tormenting him, and we declare peace and soundness of mind in its place. We ask for Your protective hand to cover him, shielding him from all harm and danger.
We pray that he would know the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and that it would guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We ask that You would grant him the gift of sleep, that he may rest peacefully and wake refreshed.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your son, trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness. Remember that God's Word is alive and active, and that His promises are true. Keep speaking words of life and hope over your son, and trust that God is at work in his life.
It is so important that this request was made in Jesus' name. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Jesus we are saved.
