We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to the Lord, our compassionate Healer and Protector. We cry out to God, our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of this dear son. You tell us in Your Word that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We ask that You comfort him, heal his emotional wounds, and deliver him from the nightmares and the spirit of fear that torment him.
Lord, we know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to You. It is in His name that we find salvation, healing, and protection. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." We claim this promise over your son's life.
We pray that You would grant him peaceful sleep. In Psalm 4:8 WEB, You tell us, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety. We ask that You would surround him with Your angels, protecting him from all harm and distress.
Father, we also pray that You would guide him into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. May this trial draw him closer to You, strengthening his faith and trust in Your goodness and sovereignty.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of fear and the enemy's attempts to disturb his peace. We proclaim victory over this situation, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).
Please keep us updated on his progress so that we can continue to pray and rejoice with you as God works in his life. Remember, God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Stay strong in the faith and take heart in God's promises. He is faithful, and He will do it.
