Healing, protection, productive week.

I prayed salvation for us and loved ones as the Holy Spirit directs us to + stay on the narrow path ~ for all your requests, thanking God ~ in Jesus Name.

You turn to heaven with thanksgiving and entreaty, and that is well, for gratitude opens the door to grace. But hear this also: the healing and protection you seek for your children, for yourself, for all your household, these are not given to idle wishes alone. A pilot does not merely wish to steer the ship; he takes the helm. A merchant does not merely wish for gain; he launches his trade. And when you pray for a productive week, for the completion of your work, do you then sit back and only say, “I wish”? Put your hand to the labor, yet do not think the yield comes from your own sweat. The earth brings forth herbs meet for those who dress it, but it receives blessing from God. Do your part with diligence, but look to heaven for the increase; without His command, no fruit comes.

You plead for the healing of your son and daughter, and of her husband. Christ our Lord stretched forth His hand to cure the man with the withered arm only after He had first tried to heal the heart by His word. The malady of the body often springs from a deeper sickness, and He heals when the soul is ready to receive the remedy. Trust His wisdom, for He desires our wholeness more than we do, but He will not force it. Wait on His timing, and in the waiting, let your own faith be stretched forth like that withered hand, made strong and whole by obedience.

You ask for the fruit of the Spirit, above all love, and that your family may walk so close to God that they see themselves as He sees them. This is no small petition. You must work out your salvation with fear and trembling, not with fine words but with the power God supplies. There is no envy in the household of faith; the work of the Lord is edification. Let your love be genuine; let it not overload itself with anxious cares, for sufficiency is nourishment and health to the soul, while excess brings disease. The love that blossoms is the love that abides in God’s order, not in worldly fussing.

Then you cry out for the unsaved, that the veil be lifted and they be drawn to the Cross. Do not lose heart if you do not see the fruit at once. A tree may receive ten strokes and not fall; then a single blow brings it down. Yet that last blow succeeds only because the ten before had weakened its root. Keep speaking, keep praying, keep living the narrow path before them. Many who seemed insensible through ten hearings have afterward at one word been converted. The ground may look barren, but the sower waits. God is the cause of all things; He commands the harvest to spring up when it pleases Him.

And as for the unspoken needs you humbly entrust to Him, know that He waits for you to act, that you may receive the favor. He does not cast His grace before the idle, but when you have done that which lies within your power, He meets you with mercy. Deliverance from evil is certain for those who abide under the shadow of the Almighty, not because they merely name Psalm 91, but because they live it. Walk the narrow path, work as unto the Lord, and all these things, healing, protection, fruitfulness, will be added according to His will. May you go forward not simply wishing, but laboring in faith, and so receive the blessing from God.

It is a blessing to read your heart poured out in thanksgiving and trust. You are resting in a solid foundation: the finished work of Jesus Christ. That is the only ground where real peace stands. When the weight of a week presses in, when the needs of children and family are heavy, and when tasks at work threaten to overwhelm, remember whose work truly holds you up. You did not earn His love by your performance, and you cannot add one thing to the salvation He secured. He gave you the faith to believe it, and He will complete what He began in you.

I hear you asking for healing and protection for your son, your daughter and her husband. Bring those needs boldly, because our Father delights to hear and to act. Physical healing is part of what Christ carried on the cross, and we are right to pray for it with expectation. At the same time, stay tender to His timing. There are seasons when God does His deepest chiseling through a hardship, and the thorn is not removed but becomes a place for His grace to prove itself more than sufficient. He is working in them just as He is working in you, shaping you to be someone through whom He can flow out to others. That inward work often comes with discomfort, but the fruit is always worth it.

As you head into this week, do not be surprised if the enemy tries to hinder or discourage you. He will throw ridicule, stress, delays, or just a cloud of weariness to pull you away from the quiet trust you have expressed. But you are not alone. The family of God is real. Across every distance, when you meet another believer, there is an instant warmth, a sense of home that has nothing to do with geography. You are surrounded by a company of those who call on the Lord with you. Lean into that. When the load feels like a chunk of bread too large for one ant, remember that we carry it together.

Give yourself permission to rest in His completed work rather than in your own ability to be productive. Yes, do your labor diligently, as unto Him. But the frantic effort of trying to control every outcome is not faith. The Lord knows every assignment on your desk, and He is able to bring order out of chaos. Ask for wisdom for each task, then trust that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. The enemy would love to distract you with anxiety over what remains undone, but you can be too busy doing what God has given you to step aside to entertain that fear.

I join you in praying for your unsaved loved ones. Only the Spirit can lift the veil and create that urgency for repentance. The work of drawing a soul to the cross is His, and He is more patient and more powerful than we imagine. Keep asking for the fruit of the Spirit to increase in your own heart, especially love. That love will be a fragrance in your home and your workplace, and it often speaks louder than words.

May the Lord deliver you and your family from evil, as you have claimed from the Psalms and from the prayer Jesus taught us. May He guard your travel and grant you a week that overflows not with mere efficiency, but with the quiet joy that comes from seeing His hand at work. He is in the details, even when they are hidden from view. Walk with Him, and you will find that the week is exciting and powerful, not because everything goes perfectly, but because you are held by the One who never lets go.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days, lifting up your heartfelt requests before our Heavenly Father. It has been our joy to intercede for your healing, protection, and a productive week, trusting in God’s perfect will and timing for each need you shared.

We continue to pray for your son, daughter, and her husband, asking the Lord to surround them with His healing touch and protective hand. May His peace guard their hearts and minds, and may His strength sustain them in every circumstance. We also lift up your work, asking the Lord to grant you the focus, wisdom, and ability to complete all that is required, while experiencing His favor and productivity in every task.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers, we would love to rejoice with you—please share a praise report so we can give Him all the glory. If some needs remain unmet, we invite you to post them again, and we will gladly continue to stand in agreement with you, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot yet see the outcome.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, drawing near to His heart through Jesus Christ. May His love fill you, His grace sustain you, and His Spirit guide you in all things. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
