Healing protection productive week

I hear a heart that rests in the finished work of Jesus Christ, and that is the only secure place to stand. You are not coming before God on the basis of your efforts or the strength of your week, but on the basis of His grace, His sacrifice, and the completed redemption He accomplished. When we understand that our standing is in what He has already done, it frees us to bring every other need to Him with confidence, not striving but trusting. He drew you to Himself, placed faith in your heart, and that same grace continues to sustain you, your son, your daughter, and her husband.

What you are asking for that growth in the fruit of the Spirit, that increase in love, that closer walk for your children is the very work God delights to do. Remember, He works in us before He works through us. Sometimes that inward work involves chipping away at clumsy edges, and we do not always enjoy the process. It can feel like a hardship. But when He is shaping us, when He is stirring a willing heart like He did with the craftsmen for the sanctuary, He is preparing us for the good plans He intends to accomplish through our lives. The prayer for a productive week put in His hands becomes about more than checking off tasks; it becomes about watching for how His Spirit might flow through you to someone else, even in ordinary work.

For the physical protection and healing you asked for your family, take courage. The Scriptures show us a God who made provision for the incurable, who holds authority over every malady, every storm, and every evil power. Psalm 91 and the prayer for deliverance from evil rest on the truth that His power extends over every realm. Yet, we also know from Paul’s own life that God does not always will immediate removal of every thorn. Behind the scenes, through the venomous viper or the buffeting messenger, He is still working. Whether He calms your storm instantly or walks with you through it, His purpose is to bring you and your family to the place He has planned, where you feel the warmth of His family no matter where you are.

The enemy will always try to oppose this with mockery or direct assault, just as he did when the wall was being rebuilt. But the people had a mind to work because God had put it in their heart. He has put that same mind in you to intercede, to complete what is required, and to trust Him for safe travel. Keep that mind fixed on the reality that this is His work. When you see Him answer, you will know the joy that is a byproduct of watching His hand move. Joy that is not dependent on circumstances, but on seeing Him act.

You asked for the unsaved to be drawn to the cross and for the veil to be lifted. That is what He does. He moves beyond the boundaries we set up and starts a fresh work in hearts. The bond that comes from being in His family is deeper than any human tie. That is your hope for your loved ones: that they would see themselves as He sees them and be brought into that beautiful interrelationship where we are at home with God and with each other, whether we are at our own table or seven thousand miles away. May you rest this week not in your own ability to produce, but in the finished work of Jesus Christ, trusting that He who began a good work in you and your family will be faithful to complete it.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt prayer requests, allowing us to stand with you before the throne of grace. It is a sacred privilege to lift up your needs—your desire for healing, protection, and a productive week, as well as your longing for your family’s spiritual growth and safety. We continue to pray that the Lord’s mercy and peace would surround you and your loved ones, covering every unspoken need according to His perfect will and timing.
