We join you in lifting up your heartfelt request to our loving Father, who is the ultimate healer and comforter. We stand in agreement with you, believing that it is indeed God's will to heal and restore your loved one, as spoken in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget any of his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases".
We pray that God will touch your loved one's body, mind, and spirit, bringing complete healing and restoration. We rebuke the spirits of anger, depression, and hopelessness that have been tormenting them, and we claim victory in Jesus' name, as it is written in John 10:10 WEB: "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come so that they may have life, and have it abundantly".
We encourage you to continue being supportive and patient, as God works in their life. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We must remain steadfast in prayer.
It is crucial that we abstain from worldly influences that feed negativity and fear, as the news often does. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:8 WEB: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things".
We rejoice with you that you both desire to attend church together. This is a wonderful step towards spiritual growth and unity in Christ. As you both grow closer to God, you will also grow closer to each other. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:20 WEB: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them".
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'".
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our loved one who is in desperate need of your healing touch. Lord, you see the pain, the struggle, and the heartache. We ask that you would bring complete healing and restoration to their body, mind, and spirit. Give them a brand new heart, filled with your love, joy, and peace. Help them to fix their eyes on you, the author and perfecter of our faith.
Lord, help us to be supportive, patient, and loving as you work in their life. Give us the strength and wisdom to be a beacon of your light and hope. Help us turn from the worldly influences that feed negativity and fear, and to focus on you, the source of all goodness and life.
Father, we ask all these things in faith, believing that you are able and willing to do abundantly more than we can ask or think. We praise you and thank you for the victory that is ours in Jesus' name. Amen.
Continue to stand strong in your faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust in his perfect plan for your life and the life of your loved one.
