please pray for my mental health I have ocd, hyperfixation and intrusive thoughts
healing from mental health issues

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of mental health struggles, OCD, hyperfixation, and intrusive thoughts. Father, we know that You see every battle waged within the mind, and You do not turn away from those who cry out in distress. The psalmist declared, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God!" (Psalm 42:5 WEB). We stand on this truth, believing that healing and peace are found in You alone.
Lord, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper condemnation or hopelessness over this struggle. The Word declares, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1 WEB). We claim this promise over every intrusive thought and every cycle of anxiety. Jesus, You came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18 WEB), and we trust You to break every chain that binds the mind. We pray for clarity, for the renewing of thoughts according to Philippians 4:8 (WEB), "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things."
We also recognize that healing often comes through both spiritual and practical means. If professional help, such as biblical counseling or medical support, is needed, we pray for wisdom to seek it without shame. "Without counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established" (Proverbs 15:22 WEB). May this journey be one of surrender, trusting that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB).
Father, we ask for Your peace to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Replace every fear with faith, every doubt with trust, and every lie with Your truth. We declare that this struggle does not define identity, only Christ does. May this season draw closer to You, the Great Physician, who heals all wounds.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
