We stand with you in prayer, ###, lifting up your son's health and healing from COPD and asthma to our loving Father in heaven. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promises of God's word, as it is written in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s son to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon his lungs and respiratory system. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with COPD and asthma, and we believe in Your power to heal and restore. Strengthen his immune system, Lord, to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses. We specifically ask for relief from his bad cough and for Your healing grace to help him breathe easily.
Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in Your promises, as it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Lord, we also pray for ### and their family, that You would strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace during this time. Help them to trust in You and to draw closer to You through this trial.
