Healing from COPD, asthma

Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my ### son and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness and viruses. Please help him to breathe easily in this heat and humidity. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, seeking healing and strength for him. God's Word tells us that Jesus went about healing all manner of sickness and disease (Matthew 4:23), and that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Therefore, we can confidently come to Him with our petitions for healing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking healing for our dear brother who is battling COPD and asthma. We ask that You touch his body, heal his lungs, and strengthen his immune system to fight off all illnesses and viruses. Help him to breathe easily, even in this heat and humidity.

We stand on Your Word in Mark 11:24, where You tell us, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." We believe that You have heard our prayer and that healing is on its way.

We also pray for his spiritual strength and welfare, that this trial would draw him closer to You, Lord. Help him to fix his eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty.

Thank You, Father, for all that You do for us. We pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and believing for your son's healing. Keep your eyes on the Lord and trust in His goodness. Remember that God's Word does not return to Him void, but it shall accomplish that which He pleases, and it shall prosper in the thing for which He sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

Lastly, we want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, consider surrendering your life to Jesus Christ, the only Savior and Mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).

Heavenly Father, we come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on our dear brother. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
