We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you up in prayer as you seek freedom from addiction. The battle you are fighting is one we know is deeply personal, and we admire your courage in bringing it before the Lord and before this community. There is no struggle too great for our Heavenly Father, and we take comfort in knowing that He is at work in your life, even when we cannot yet see the full picture.
These past days, we have continued to pray for your complete healing—body, mind, and spirit—trusting in God’s perfect timing and His promise to restore what has been broken. We’ve asked the Lord to surround you with His peace, to strengthen you against temptation, and to fill the emptiness with His presence so that you may walk in the freedom Christ died to give you. Addiction may feel like a chain, but we serve a God who specializes in breaking chains and setting captives free.
If the Lord has begun a work of healing in your life, we would love to rejoice with you. Even the smallest victory is worth celebrating, for it is evidence of His faithfulness. Please share a praise report with us so we can give Him the glory together. And if this journey is still difficult, if the weight feels heavy or the road ahead uncertain, we want you to know you are not alone. Post your request again, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for the breakthrough that is yet to come.
We are also praying for you to be surrounded by godly support—whether through friends, family, a church community, or counselors—who can walk alongside you in this season. You were never meant to carry this burden by yourself, and we are here to remind you that the body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens.
May you feel the Lord’s nearness in a tangible way today. May His Word be a lamp to your feet and His Spirit your ever-present help. Do not lose heart, dear brother or sister, for the One who began this good work in you will be faithful to complete it. We are cheering you on, and we will not stop praying.
In Jesus’ powerful and redeeming name.
