Lord, I am asking for your peace and comfort on this family while they deal with this situation. Allow each of them to see and feel your presence through the process. Lord, cover Ella with Your healing balm. She has been faithful to You and has taken care of all that You have entrusted to her. Place Your healing hand over her and let every cell and fiber respond to Your touch. Father, we know that through Christ Jesus all things are possible. We know that You are in control of all events on earth. We have faith that though this a scary and painful ordeal, You are at work...You have a plan. Ella will not go through this in vain. Surround Ella and Gerald with fellow christians who will remind them of this each day...people who will love them, pray for them and support them.
