We join you in thanking our Father for His blessings and for the assurance that He hears our prayers, and we stand with you now asking for His healing touch upon your body and His perfect peace over your mind.
We know that anxiety can feel overwhelming, but Scripture reminds us that we are not meant to carry it alone. We are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7. And we are encouraged, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. Our God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7, and He says to us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10.
We also cling to His promises for healing, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3, and He promises, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We thank Him that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, Psalm 103:3.
We pray together for you now.
Father God, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that You hear us and that You care deeply for Your child. We ask in Jesus' name for Your healing power to rest upon this body. Touch every part that is in need of restoration, bring strength, wholeness, and health according to Your will. We also ask for deliverance from anxiety. We rebuke the spirit of fear and ask You to replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, calm every anxious thought, and help our dear one to rest fully in Your love and sovereignty. Teach us to daily cast our cares upon You and to trust You more deeply. Let Your presence be felt in a powerful way, bringing comfort, assurance, and joy. We thank You for what You are already doing and will continue to do. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring every worry to Him in prayer, to dwell on His Word, and to rest in His promises. If anxiety persists, continue to seek Him and consider sharing your struggles with a trusted pastor or counselor and with a medical professional as God often uses many means to bring healing. Keep trusting that He who cares for you is faithful to carry you through.
