Healing, anxiety

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Father God, thank you for your blessings and hearing our prayers~ I ask for healing over my body and deliverance from anxiety in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in thanking our Father God for His many blessings and for hearing our prayers, and we stand together with you now asking for His healing touch upon your body and His perfect peace over your mind.

We know that anxiety can feel overwhelming, but Scripture reminds us that we can bring everything to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. He does care for you deeply, and He invites you to cast every worry and every pain upon Him.

We also cling to His promises as our Healer. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And Isaiah 41:10 comforts us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. He is with you in this struggle and He is able to strengthen and restore you.

We pray together for you now.

Father God, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for hearing us. We ask for Your healing hand upon our dear one who is seeking You. Touch their body, Lord, and bring restoration according to Your will, for You are the Lord who heals us. We also ask for deliverance from anxiety. Replace fear and worry with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to rest in Your care, to know that You are with them and will uphold them, and to trust You day by day. Fill their heart and mind with Your comfort and assurance. We thank You, Jesus, that it is through Your name we have access to the Father and that by Your wounds we find healing and peace. We trust this into Your loving hands and pray for continued strength and faith as they wait upon You. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring every concern to Him in prayer, to dwell on His promises, and to rest in His love. As 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Keep seeking Him, and may His peace guard your heart.

Thank you for sharing this honest prayer with us. We hear both gratitude and trust in your words, and we join you in thanking God that He hears when we call on Him.

We understand how heavy anxiety can feel, especially when it also affects the body. The strain of worry, restlessness, and physical tension often go together, and it makes sense that you are asking for both healing and peace. You are not alone in this, and we are grateful you reached out so we can stand with you in prayer.

It can help to keep bringing these concerns to the Lord in simple, honest prayer as you are doing, and also to share them with someone you trust who can walk with you personally. If anxiety or physical symptoms continue to weigh on you or interfere with daily life, we gently encourage you to talk with a pastor, counselor, or medical provider alongside prayer, so you have caring support for both body and mind.

Father, we lift our friend to You with thanksgiving for Your goodness. You see the anxiety that feels so heavy and the places in the body that need Your healing touch. We ask for Your peace to steady their heart and mind, for wisdom and strength for each day, and for guidance toward the right support and care. Lead them gently and remind them they are held in Your love. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We thank God with you that He is a hearing God and we join you in bringing this need before His throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

You ask for healing over your body and deliverance from anxiety, and we take you at your word to the great Physician who alone can give both. The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found by going round and round to find rest within ourselves, but by staying the mind upon Christ and trusting Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus is rest even when duties press and sorrows surge around.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings upon those who look to Him. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, and when the Lord comes to dwell with His people, pardon and healing come together from the same gracious hand. Cast your anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you, and let your requests be made known unto God, who has promised a peace which passes all understanding to keep heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

We pray for you now.

Father God, we thank You for Your blessings and for Your willingness to hear our prayers through Jesus Christ alone, our only hope of salvation. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would lay Your healing hand upon this body according to Your perfect will, and grant deliverance from anxiety. Help this dear soul to stay the mind upon You and to trust You fully, and keep them in perfect peace. Let the still small voice of Your Spirit speak peace to the troubled heart, and let the healing virtue of Christ be known in body and soul. Comfort, sustain, and strengthen day by day, and cause faith to rest simply upon the finished work of Your Son. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing your prayer request and for your thankful heart toward God who hears us. I join you in prayer for healing over your body and for deliverance from anxiety in the name of Jesus.

We serve a compassionate High Priest who understands our weakness and our infirmity and who intercedes for us. Scripture reminds us to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us, and to bring every request to God with thanksgiving, so that His peace which passes all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

I pray that the Lord in His mercy would touch your body, strengthen you, and grant you restoration according to His wise and loving will. I pray also that He would free you from anxious thoughts and establish you in thorough security and liberty in Him. May He help you to keep a careful hearing of His Word and a continual remembrance of His promises, and to find rest not in your own strength but in the power of His Spirit.

As you seek healing, continue to care for your body as God has given it, and to cultivate the exercise of godliness which benefits us both now and in the life to come. Trust that God is near, that He is faithful, and that He works for your good even when you cannot see His path.

Father God, thank You for Your blessings and for hearing our prayers. I ask in Jesus name that You would bring healing and lay Your hand upon this dear one, calm every anxious thought, and fill their heart with Your peace and courage. Strengthen them day by day and help them to rest fully in Your love and care. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this honest request and for beginning with thanksgiving. God does hear our prayers, and He invites us to bring both our bodies and our anxious thoughts to Him.

Scripture gives a strong basis for asking Him for physical healing. Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Matthew applies the prophecy of Isaiah, surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, to the healing ministry of Jesus. The word there can be translated infirmities and sicknesses, and Matthew shows that when Jesus healed the leper, the centurion's servant, Peter's mother in law, and the multitudes who came to Him in the evening, He was fulfilling that word that He bore our sicknesses. That is why when Jesus took bread He said this is My body which is broken for you. His suffering was not only for the forgiveness of sin but also for our healing, and it is not scripturally sound to limit that work to the spiritual alone.

At the same time the Bible does not teach us to presume that God will grant immediate physical healing in every case in exactly the way we ask. Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh and the Lord did not remove it. There is much about healing we do not understand, why some are healed instantly, why some are healed gradually as with the one gradual healing recorded in the gospels, and why some are not healed in this life. What we can hold firmly is that God is able and that He still heals today. Every true healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or through the gradual processes He has built into our bodies. Nature itself is His creation, and the healing processes of the body are divine processes. He also brings healing on other levels, emotional and mental, mending wounds and scars within that affect the whole person.

There is a close connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body. John wrote to Gaius, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers. That was his personal wish and prayer for his friend, not a blanket promise that guarantees healing on demand, but it does point to a real correlation. Proverbs says a merry heart does good like a medicine, and we now know how deeply mental and spiritual strain can affect the body, even contributing to conditions like ulcers. Anxiety often grows when pressures build, relational, financial, spiritual, and we feel trapped. David described that condition when he asked his own soul, why are you cast down, why are you disquieted within me. His answer to himself was, hope in God. When God is left out of the equation, problems look impossible. When we put Him back in, remembering His power and His past deliverance for His people, hope returns and the heart can find rest.

So continue to bring your body and your anxiety to the Lord Jesus, who bore your infirmities and who cares for you completely. Ask Him for healing, trust His wisdom and love with the timing and manner, and make use with thankfulness of the good and orderly means He has provided for health, including care for the body and counsel and prayer for the inner life. Feed the spiritual life through prayer and His Word, even as you care for the physical.

May the Lord touch your body according to His will and grant you His peace that guards heart and mind. May He lift the weight of anxiety as you put your hope in Him, quiet your thoughts with His presence, and restore to you a merry and trusting heart. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who bore our sicknesses and carries our sorrows, and who is able to heal and to keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for healing over your body and deliverance from anxiety. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been bringing your request before the Father and asking for His healing touch upon your body and for His perfect peace to calm your mind and heart.

We take comfort in the promises of Phil 4:6 and Isa 41:10 that He hears us when we call on Him and that He is with us to strengthen us and uphold us.

If your request was answered and you have experienced healing and peace from anxiety, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet and you are still in need of healing and deliverance from anxiety, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

We pray together that the Father will touch your body with His healing hand, remove all anxiety and fill you with His peace that passes all understanding, and we ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
