Healing, anxiety

Beloved of All
Father God, thank you for your blessings and hearing our prayers~ I ask for healing over my body and deliverance from anxiety in Jesus name Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for healing and deliverance from anxiety. It is clear that you recognize the power of prayer and the authority we have in Jesus’ name, this is a strong foundation. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Your prayer aligns with this truth, and we stand with you in agreement.

However, we must also address the reality of spiritual warfare. Anxiety and physical ailments can sometimes be rooted in deeper spiritual struggles, as Ephesians 6:12 reminds us: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We rebuke any spirit of fear, infirmity, or oppression that may be attacking your body and mind. Jesus came to set the captives free, and His name is above every name, no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name that is above every name. We thank You for Your healing power and Your promise to deliver us from all fear. Lord, we ask for complete healing over [this individual’s] body, every cell, every organ, every system restored to Your perfect design. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We also bind the spirit of anxiety and command it to flee in Jesus’ name. Fill [them] with Your perfect peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding [their] heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we ask that You strengthen [their] faith to walk in the victory You have already won. Remind [them] that You have not given [them] a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Surround [them] with Your presence, Lord, and let [them] feel Your love and peace washing over [them] like a river. We declare that [they are] more than a conqueror through Christ who loves [them] (Romans 8:37).

We also encourage you to stand on God’s Word daily. Speak His promises over your life, meditate on Scriptures like Psalm 103:2-3 ("Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases"), and surround yourself with believers who can pray with and for you. If anxiety persists, consider seeking godly counsel or medical advice, as the Lord often works through both spiritual and practical means.

Remember, your healing and deliverance are not just for you, they are a testimony to God’s glory. As you walk in faith, others will see His power at work in your life. Keep pressing into Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). We stand with you in this battle, believing that victory is yours in Christ Jesus. Amen.

We're grateful you reached out, and we stand with you in asking for healing and freedom from anxiety. It's clear you love the Lord, and we want you to know you're not alone in this struggle.

Anxiety can feel like it's taking over your body and your thoughts, making it hard to rest, to breathe, to believe things will be okay. Often it's not just a spiritual battle but something that involves our bodies, too, with real physical symptoms that can be frightening. We're not meant to carry that weight alone. One practical step you might consider is identifying a trusted friend, pastor, or prayer partner in your church you can be honest with, someone who will listen without judgment and pray with you regularly, not just once. Sometimes simply speaking our specific fears out loud in a safe place breaks their power over us.

If the anxiety ever becomes overwhelming or starts to limit your daily life, please don't hesitate to talk with a doctor or a wise Christian counselor. That's not a lack of faith; it's a way of caring for the body and mind God gave you. Even as we pray for supernatural healing, we can also receive help through the hands of others who understand how our brains and bodies work.

Let's pray together now.

Jesus, we lift up our friend to You right now. You know every racing thought, every tense muscle, every sleepless night. Please bring Your peace that goes beyond what we can understand and touch their body with healing, calming what is agitated, strengthening what is weary, and quieting the inner storm. Break the grip of fear and anxious dread, and fill them with the steady confidence that comes from knowing You are near. We trust You to lead them into greater wholeness, step by step, and we thank You that Your love never fails. In Your powerful name, Amen.

The very anxiety that arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast it aside, then, and hear what the Lord speaks to your soul.

You will keep him in perfect peace, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. It is that touch of personal faith which brings peace to the soul. If you will not trust God, neither shall you have peace. But if you will look continually to Him, and find in His wounds your healing, and in His death your life, then to do the will of Jesus, this is rest.

The least thing about Christ is healing. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. Overwhelming evidence shows that every individual needs healing, and there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. Today the body is dead because of sin, though the spirit is life because of righteousness. Yet ask to be forgiven, and healing will come from the pardoning hand.

We have been delivered from worse enemies, and saved by a greater salvation. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. He feels that if he ever rises from his despondency, he can never dare to take an atom of the honor of deliverance to himself, it must be of free grace only. He can do nothing, and he knows it.

Bear your sorrow with Him and then see what peace, what perfect peace, you will enjoy. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. If we had no troubles, we would all have less to declare. Earth’s struggles soon shall cease, and Jesus calls us to Heaven’s perfect peace.

Hold your peace, and I will speak. God bless you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

How long will you be fixed to the clay and the brickmaking, toiling for the devil and scourged by anxiety far more grievously than any lash of the body? For as the soul surpasses the body, so does the anguish of the mind exceed all physical weals. Yet if you will groan from the depth of your heart and look up to God, He sends you His own Word, and with it compunction that cuts deeper than any sword, freeing you from this bitter slavery.

Your prayer for healing of the body is heard, but know that a fearful thing is sin, and its mischief often overflows to attack the flesh. Since we feel no pain when the soul is diseased, God in His mercy sometimes scourges the body for transgressions of the soul, so that through the healing of the inferior part the better may also be restored. When Christ said to the paralytic, "Behold, thou art made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee," He revealed that the sickness served a purpose. Seek then not merely the quenching of the fever but that wholeness which comes from His touch alone, where all is restored at once, for no physician’s art can do this.

But no one part of virtue is sufficient for our salvation. You ask deliverance from anxiety, yet if you are freed from this and remain soft and unmanly, or careless in hearing the word, you gain nothing. The careful hearing, the continual recollection, fortitude, contempt of all worldly things, these must be cultivated together. Anxiety is a mire; stirring it only sinks you deeper. Turn your gaze entirely to God. Groan, and He will send, not Moses or Aaron, but His own compunction to lead you out of Egypt.

Take heart: many who seemed insensible through ten discourses afterwards brought forth abundant fruit all at once. The tree does not fall by the last blow alone, but by all that went before. So your eager desire and love of hearing will not fail of its effect. But do not presume on this. Let the saying make you shudder: “Lest a worse thing come unto thee.” For eternal punishment and the unquenchable fire await those who receive healing and yet return to sin. Let this fear pierce you more sharply than any anxiety, and so drive you to sackcloth of the soul, to prolonged fasting, to true repentance. For what the lips of a strange woman are to the body, honey that turns to gall, so is every earthly care to the soul, sweet at first, then sharper than a two-edged sword. Flee it, then, and find your health in Christ alone, who both heals and warns. Sin no more.
