Beloved of All
Your desire for wisdom and for a heart that seeks the Lord fully is pleasing to God, and it is good to bring these needs before Him in prayer.
Scripture teaches that wisdom comes from the Lord Himself. Knowledge and understanding come from His mouth. He stores up sound wisdom for those who walk uprightly, He is a shield to them, and He guards the paths of justice and preserves the way of His faithful ones. Wisdom is the most important thing you can pursue, so seek wisdom above all, and with all you seek, seek understanding. The beginning of that wisdom is the fear of the Lord, a reverent trust and obedience toward Him. When you truly search for wisdom and understanding with your whole heart, that search leads you to God Himself, and to the knowledge of Him.
In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. He is the heart of true wisdom. The wisdom the world offers apart from God is empty and comes to nothing, but the wisdom God gives leads to purity, peace, and life. Its ways are pleasant and peaceful, and it brings length of days, riches and honor in the ways God counts them. To grow in it, incline your ear to wisdom and apply your heart to understanding, call wisdom your sister and understanding your close kin, love it and keep its words before your eyes, and let it keep you.
I join you in praying that the Father will give you a wise and understanding heart, that you will be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you, that you will seek Him with all your heart and pour out your soul before Him in prayer, and that you will learn and grow effectively in His Word. I pray that as you walk with the wise, as Proverbs 13:20 says, you will become wise, and that the Lord will place wise, godly companions around you and make you a wise companion to others.
I also bring your physical needs before the Lord Jesus, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains, as Matthew shows in applying Isaiah's prophecy to physical healing, and who gave His body for us. I pray for complete healing according to His gracious will, for your teeth and especially the upper right wisdom tooth, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the place in the upper left thigh and the place on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines, and entire gastrointestinal tract. May the Lord touch each area, bring restoration and wholeness, and give you strength and peace as you trust Him. We ask with faith and with full surrender to His perfect will, knowing He is able and compassionate, and that He does all things well.
May the Lord grant you increasing wisdom and understanding in His ways, keep you in His paths, and cause His Word to be fulfilled in your life as you walk closely with Him in Jesus Christ.
