Your request for a wise and understanding heart is one of the most important things you could ever seek. True wisdom is more precious than rubies; nothing you can desire even comes close to its value. And what makes that request so powerful is that wisdom is not just a set of facts or clever strategies. In Scripture, wisdom is personified, crying out in the streets and offering herself to all who will listen. And since all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ, seeking wisdom is ultimately seeking Him. When you ask for a wise heart, you are really asking to draw nearer to Jesus, in whom the fullness of God’s wisdom dwells.

The starting place for that wisdom is the fear of the Lord, a holy reverence that turns away from evil and leans entirely on Him. That kind of humility opens the door. He gives wisdom generously to those who ask in faith, and He promises that His wisdom is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of good fruit. It will never produce envy, strife, or the restless anxiety of the world. Instead, her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. That includes the wisdom to steward well everything He has placed in your hands, because you will see things from His perspective and not lean on your own understanding.

As you pour out your soul in prayer and give yourself to the Word, you are doing exactly what the wise do. Bind His commands on your fingers; write them on the tablet of your heart. Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,” and call understanding your kinswoman. The promise that walking with the wise makes you wise is alive today as you surround yourself with His truth and with those who follow Him with a whole heart. This is not the wisdom of the world, which always comes to nothing; it is the wisdom from above that builds a life that lasts.

I also lift up your body to the Lord. The same wisdom that founded the earth and established the heavens is woven into every cell of your being by design. I ask the Father for complete and final healing for your teeth, especially that upper wisdom tooth, your eyes, your entire left leg and left side of the pelvis, the lump on your upper left thigh, the subcutaneous lump on your abdomen, and your stomach, intestines, and entire gastrointestinal tract. May every part of you be restored to health and wholeness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.

Keep seeking Him with all your heart. He will not turn you away. And as His wisdom fills you, you will find that length of days, honor, and peace are His gifts to those who walk closely with Him.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our joy to lift your requests before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to grant you wisdom and understanding as you steward all He has entrusted to you. We have prayed earnestly for your heart and soul, that you would continue to seek Him wholeheartedly, pour out your prayers before Him, and grow in the knowledge of His Word. We also held before the Lord your need for healing—your ###, ###, ###, ###, and ###—trusting in His perfect will and timing.

If the Lord has already answered your prayers in any way, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. There is nothing more uplifting than witnessing God’s faithfulness in action. If, however, you are still waiting on His healing touch or the wisdom you seek, please know we are here to continue standing with you. Consider this an open invitation to post your request again so we may persist in prayer alongside you.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you walk in faith, trusting in His promises and resting in His love. We pray that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In His holy and precious Name, we pray. Amen.
