Healing and Strength

Thank you for sharing your heart and trusting us to pray with you. We join you in thanking the Lord for each new day and for His mercies, and we lift you and your family before Him now.
We pray for your healing and for strength in the days ahead. We ask the Lord Jesus, the great physician, to lay His healing hand upon you, to work through the treatment you are receiving, and to bring restoration to your body. We pray especially for tomorrow as you begin your second cycle of chemotherapy, that the Lord would grant you endurance, peace, and courage, that side effects would be manageable, and that your laboratory results would be good so that treatment can continue without delay.
We also ask Him to protect you from infection and to strengthen your immune system, to guard your family from sickness and disease, and to surround your home with His presence and protection. May He guide your doctors and nurses with wisdom, sustain your loved ones, and fill you with hope and comfort through His Word and His Spirit.
We pray that you would feel His nearness and strength in this trial, knowing that His power is made perfect in weakness and that He is faithful to carry you through each step.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your love and compassion. Please hear this prayer, grant healing according to Your will, give strength for each day, and let Your peace rest upon this family. We trust You and give You thanks. Amen.
