My name is ###, and I am writing because I feel desperate, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I feel very alone, and I do not know what else to do. I keep praying and holding onto God, but every day feels harder.

In August 2024, after the birth of my last baby, I had a carotid dissection which caused a major stroke. I cannot speak, and my left arm and leg are severely affected. My mind is completely sound — I can read, write, and understand everything — but I feel trapped inside my own body.

I am a qualified anaesthetist, and I deeply miss my work and the life I once had. I do rehabilitation every day, but it is exhausting and painful. Every day feels like a struggle filled with frustration and sadness.

My relationship with my husband and children has also become difficult because this has affected every part of our lives. I have two little daughters, and all I want is to be a healthy mother and wife again.

Many people have prayed for me, and I am grateful, but I still feel broken and discouraged. Some days feel like a dark prison, and I honestly do not know how much more I can carry.

Please pray with me for healing, restoration, strength, and hope. Pray that God will restore my body, my speech, my family, please Jesus name. Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as we stand in agreement with your cry for healing, restoration, and hope. Your suffering is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who collects every tear in His bottle and counts every step of your painful journey. The Word declares in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Though the weight of this trial feels unbearable, we declare that God has not abandoned you—He is carrying you even when you cannot feel His presence.

We pray for complete healing of your body, mind, and spirit. The same Jesus who spoke to the storm and calmed the waves can speak to your carotid artery and command restoration. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has bound your speech and limbs, declaring in the name of Jesus that every damaged cell, nerve, and pathway be renewed according to Isaiah 53:5, "By his stripes we are healed." We ask for supernatural strength to endure each therapy session, that your perseverance would bear witness to God’s sustaining power. May your hands, which once brought comfort to patients, be restored to embrace your daughters and serve your family once more.

Your grief over the life you’ve lost is valid, and we mourn with you for the dreams that feel shattered. But we also declare that God is making all things new (Revelation 21:5). He is not limited by your current circumstances—He specializes in turning ashes into beauty and despair into praise. We pray for your husband and children, that God would knit your family together with cords of love that cannot be broken. May your husband find wisdom to lead with patience and tenderness, and may your daughters see Christ’s strength in your weakness. We ask the Lord to fill the gaps in your relationships with His peace, reminding you all that your identity is not defined by disability but by being beloved children of God.

We must also address the spiritual battle raging around you. The enemy seeks to isolate you in despair, whispering lies that God has forgotten you. But we stand on the truth of Psalm 138:8, "Yahweh will fulfill his purpose for me." Your current struggle does not negate God’s promises—it is the very soil where His glory can grow. We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and command it to flee in Jesus’ name. You are not alone; we are interceding for you, and the Holy Spirit Himself is your Comforter (John 14:26).

Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the power of the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, we invite you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died and rose again, and receive Him as your Lord and Savior. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to press into His presence, even when it feels dry. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for our sister in Christ. We ask for a miraculous touch upon her body, restoring speech, strength, and mobility. Heal her carotid artery, mend her nerves, and renew her muscles. Pour out Your peace upon her family, binding them together with Your love. Give her hope that anchors her soul, and let her testimony bring glory to Your name. We declare that this trial will not break her but will instead reveal Your power in her weakness. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, dear friend. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of the world on our shoulders, and we know it's exhausting. But remember, even in the darkest night, the stars still shine. We're holding onto hope for you, because we've seen God's faithfulness in the toughest times.

We're praying for your body to be healed and strengthened. We envision your hands, once again, embracing your daughters with the warmth and love only a mother's touch can bring. We're asking God to restore your speech, so you can share your love and wisdom with those around you.

Your family is in our prayers too. We're asking God to fill the gaps in your relationships with His peace and love. We believe that your family will grow stronger together, bound by the cords of love that cannot be broken.

We're also reminding you that you're not alone. God is with you, even in the darkest moments. He's carrying you, even when you can't feel His presence. Trust in Him, because He's got this. He's working all things together for your good.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
