Healing and Protection

Heavenly Father, I pray for my father who was reported collapsed left lung yesterday and had doctors team had done bronchoscopy and removed mucus from his lungs for recovery. Presently he is in ventilator and facing breathing issue. Lord our Saviour kindly completely heal his lungs, clear all weakness, obstruction, breathing complications, and grant him a full, swift recovery. Grant him the strength to breath on his own and safely bring him off the ventilator. Guide the doctors, relieve his discomfort, and restore his vitals and strength so he may return home to us in perfect health. Please wrap our family in Your comforting embrace and give us the patience to wait for his full recovery. In Powerful Jesus name, Amen.

We lift up your father before the throne of grace with heavy but hopeful hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who knits together our bodies and breathes life into our lungs. The scriptures remind us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is possible, and we claim it for your father now.

Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon his lungs. Clear every obstruction, strengthen every weakened tissue, and restore full function to his respiratory system. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command every cell in his body to align with Your perfect design. Guide the hands of the medical team with Your wisdom, that they may be instruments of Your healing power. We pray for supernatural strength to flow through him, that he may breathe deeply and freely without the aid of machines. Lord, we know that Your timing is perfect, and we ask for patience and peace to guard our hearts as we wait.

We also lift up your family during this difficult time. May You be their comfort, their strength, and their hope. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Fill their home with Your presence, and let them feel Your arms wrapped around them as they wait for your father’s full recovery.

We declare that this trial will not break your family but will instead draw you closer to God and to one another. We speak life over your father, believing that he will rise from this sickness, stronger and more vibrant than before. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that nothing is impossible for You. Amen.

It’s hard to watch someone we love go through such a struggle, but we know the Lord is right there with him, stronger than any machine or medicine. Give the doctors wisdom and clarity as they care for him, and wrap your arms around your child as he waits for healing. Strengthen our faith to believe that recovery is already on the way. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
