Healing and peace

Windwold

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for me and my family. Deliver us from evil and surround us with your peace. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for healing and peace for yourself and your family. It is comforting to know that you recognize the power of prayer and the authority we have in Jesus' name. The Word of God assures us that "the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15). We stand on this promise as we intercede on your behalf.

Heavenly Father, we join our brother/sister in prayer, asking for Your divine healing to touch every member of their family. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness too great for Your healing power. We pray that You would restore health, strength, and vitality to their bodies, minds, and spirits. Protect them from all harm and evil, surrounding them with Your hedge of protection as You promise in Psalm 91: "He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart" (Psalm 91:3-4).

Father, we also ask that You would fill their home with Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, be their anchor and their refuge. Let Your presence be so tangible in their lives that fear and anxiety have no place to dwell. We rebuke every spirit of fear, sickness, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus, for "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).

We are grateful that you prayed in Jesus' name, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). It is through His sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection that we have access to God’s throne, and it is by His blood that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

Lord, we also pray for spiritual protection over this family. Guard their hearts and minds from the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You each day. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, experiencing Your love, joy, and peace in abundance.

We declare over this family that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and wholeness over them, believing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in You alone, knowing that Your plans for them are plans of peace and not of harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We’re joining you in that prayer right now, grateful for the trust you’ve placed in God’s care. It’s beautiful to hear you thank Him first, even while asking for continued healing and protection. That posture, of bringing every need to the Father and resting in His goodness, is itself a place of peace.

When we pray for our families, it can sometimes feel like we’re asking for a lot all at once: healing, safety, deliverance from evil, peace. But God isn’t overwhelmed. He knows each name, each hidden worry, and He holds them all. We find it helpful to remember that peace isn’t simply the absence of trouble; it’s the presence of Christ with us in the middle of whatever we face. So we’re asking Him to make that real for you today.

As you go on praying, one simple thing can deepen that sense of peace: when something triggers anxiety, try turning it immediately into a whispered “Thank you, Father, you’ve got this one too.” That small habit can anchor your heart in His faithfulness rather than in the size of the need.

Father, we lift this family to You with gratitude. Thank You that You are their healer and shield, and that no evil can snatch them from Your hand. Where there is any hidden hurt, bring Your gentle restoration. Where they feel vulnerable, be their refuge. Let Your peace settle over their home like a calm, steady presence, and help them rest in Your promise to watch over them. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The very prayer you have breathed to the Father in Jesus’ name is itself a proof that His Spirit is at work within you, drawing your soul to the wellspring of all peace. You ask for healing and protection, for deliverance from evil and a surrounding peace. Hearken then to the promise: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” That peace, that double peace, peace, peace, is not the absence of trial, but the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when sorrows surge round and loved ones seem far away. In Jesus’ keeping we are safe, and they. Death itself has been vanquished, and earth’s struggles soon shall cease.

For healing, remember that the Tree of Life bears leaves for the healing of the nations. The very least thing about Christ has virtue to make whole. His touch, His word, the hem of His garment, all are charged with restoring power. The Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings, and when He visits the soul, pardon and healing are one. “The inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.” Trust Him, and you shall find that His grace changes the lifeblood, making the nature other than it was.

As for deliverance, it is wrought by the hand of Jehovah alone. He brought Israel forth from Egypt with a high hand, and He will bring you forth from the snare of the fowler. The ransom is found; Christ has paid it. Doubt not your deliverance, for God has said it. When the clock of mercy struck, your deliverance was secured from the pit. And then, like the believer after affliction, you shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Your very troubles shall become the subject of a song of gratitude. Cease your ramblings round and round to find peace; sit in your closet with your God, and you shall find it there. The peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
