We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt plea for healing and peace for you and your family. The Scriptures remind us that our God is a healer and a refuge in times of trouble. In Psalm 103:2-3, we read, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." And in Psalm 91:9-11, it says, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We also recognize the importance of standing against evil and claiming the peace that only God can provide. Jesus taught us to pray, "Deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13), and we take that seriously. We rebuke any plans of the enemy to bring harm, sickness, or discord to your family, and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your love, mercy, and grace that You pour out upon us each day. Lord, we lift up this family to You, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon them. Where there is sickness, bring Your restoration. Where there is pain, bring Your comfort. Where there is fear, bring Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask that You surround them with Your holy angels, protecting them from all harm and evil. Deliver them from the snares of the enemy, and let Your presence be a shield around them. We declare that no evil shall come near their dwelling, and that Your peace, which the world cannot give, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (John 14:27).
Lord, we also pray for spiritual healing and growth. Strengthen their faith, draw them closer to You, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they walk in Your ways, seeking Your will in all things, and may their lives be a testimony to Your goodness and power.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Encourage one another with the truth of God’s Word, and remain steadfast in prayer. If there are areas in your life or your family’s life that need repentance or realignment with God’s will, take time to seek Him earnestly. Confess any sin, and turn away from it, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). May God’s peace and healing power rest upon you and your family abundantly.
