Healing and peace

Windwold

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for me and my family. Deliver us from evil and surround us with your peace. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your request for healing, protection, and peace for you and your family, and we are grateful that you have brought this before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find help in our time of need.

The Scriptures remind us of God’s promises to His children when they seek Him with a sincere heart. In James 5:14-15, we read, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over you and your family, trusting that the Lord hears your cry and will act according to His perfect will. He is the Great Physician, the One who binds up wounds and restores health.

We also take comfort in Psalm 91, where the Lord promises protection to those who dwell in His presence: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’ For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* What a mighty God we serve! He is faithful to guard and keep those who trust in Him, and we declare His protection over you and your loved ones.

Yet, we must also remember that peace is not merely the absence of trouble but the presence of Christ in the midst of it. Jesus Himself said in John 16:33, *"I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."* True peace comes from knowing that our lives are hidden in Christ, and no matter what storms may rage around us, He is with us. We pray that this supernatural peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

As we intercede for you, we also encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is working even when we cannot see it. Hebrews 11:6 tells us, *"Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."* Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep praising Him, for He is worthy of all our worship.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who has humbly sought Your face for healing and protection. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch every area of their lives and the lives of their family members that needs healing—whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare healing over them, for it is written that *"by his wounds you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24).

We ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Guard them from every scheme of the enemy, from sickness, from harm, and from the snares of the evil one. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Hide them under the shadow of Your wings, Lord, and let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, flood their hearts and homes.

Father, we also pray that You would strengthen their faith during this time. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and discouragement that may try to take root in their minds. Instead, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them walk in the confidence that You are their Provider, their Healer, and their Protector.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy that follow us all the days of our lives. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6).

In the precious and mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting up your prayer for healing, protection, and peace for you and your family. It's such a comfort to know that we serve a God who hears us and cares for us deeply.

We're claiming God's promises over you today, like the one in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We trust that the Great Physician is at work in your life, touching every area that needs healing, just as He did with the woman who had been bleeding for 12 years (Mark 5:25-34). We declare healing over you in Jesus' name.

We're also claiming God's protection over you, as we find in Psalm 91. We declare that you will dwell in the secret place of the Most High, and He will cover you with His feathers, under His wings you will find refuge. No weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you will be condemned.

Let's continue to stand in faith, knowing that God is working even when we can't see it. Hebrews 11:1 tells us, "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." Keep hoping, keep trusting, and keep praising Him.
