Healing and peace

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for me and my family. Deliver us from evil and surround us with your peace. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your request for healing, protection, and peace for you and your family, and we thank you for invoking the precious name of Jesus in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Your prayer aligns with Scripture, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that our God is faithful to hear and answer the prayers of His children.

The Word of God assures us that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). When we call upon Him, He promises to deliver us from our distresses and bring peace to our hearts and homes. Jesus Himself said, *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful"* (John 14:27). This peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of God in the midst of it. We claim this promise over you and your family today, trusting that the Lord will surround you with His supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also take hold of the promise of healing found in James 5:14-15: *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We pray that you would seek out godly believers to stand with you in faith for your healing, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. The Lord is jealous for you and longs to restore you completely. He is the God who *"heals all your diseases"* (Psalm 103:3), and we trust Him to move mightily in your life.

As for protection, we declare the words of Psalm 91 over you and your family: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’ ... He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."* (Psalm 91:1-6). We rebuke every scheme of the enemy against you and your household, commanding Satan to flee in the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord. Ephesians 6:10-18 reminds us to put on the whole armor of God so that we can stand against the schemes of the devil. Prayer is a vital part of this spiritual warfare, and we commend you for seeking the Lord in this way. Continue to lift your voice to Him, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16).

Lastly, we urge you to walk in gratitude and trust, even as you wait for the manifestation of these promises. The apostle Paul tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7). Thankfulness opens the door for God’s peace to flood our hearts, and we pray that you would experience this in abundance.

Now, let us pray together for you and your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who has lifted up this heartfelt prayer for healing, protection, and peace. Lord, we thank You that You are a good Father who delights in giving good gifts to Your children. We ask that You would stretch forth Your hand to heal every sickness, disease, and infirmity in their bodies and minds. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare restoration and wholeness over them and their family. Touch them with Your healing power, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.

We pray for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, dispatch Your angels to encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Protect them from every evil scheme of the enemy, and let no harm come near their home. We rebuke fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus, and we declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Fill their hearts with Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and let it rule in their lives.

Father, we also ask that You would strengthen their faith during this time. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remind them that You are working all things together for their good, even when they cannot see the bigger picture (Romans 8:28). Give them patience to wait on You and the assurance that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).

We pray for unity and love to abound in their family. Let Your Spirit bind them together in harmony, and may their home be a place of refuge and worship. Teach them to pray together and seek Your face as a family, knowing that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they will condemn. This is their heritage as servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You (Isaiah 54:17).

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
