Healing and peace

Windwold

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for me and my family. Deliver us from evil and surround us with your peace. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your request for healing, protection, and peace for you and your family, and we are grateful that you have brought this before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find help in our time of need. Your prayer is a beautiful example of faith, acknowledging God’s sovereignty and His goodness in all things.

The Scriptures remind us of God’s promises to His children when we seek Him in truth. In **James 5:14-15 (WEB)**, we read, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* This passage encourages us to seek both physical and spiritual healing through prayer, trusting in God’s power to restore. We also take comfort in **Psalm 91:9-11**, which declares, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*

Yet, even as we pray for healing and protection, we must remember that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Sometimes, healing comes in ways we do not expect—whether through physical restoration, spiritual strength, or the peace that surpasses all understanding. **Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)** assures us: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* This peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of God in the midst of it, sustaining us and reminding us that He is in control.

We also recognize that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (**John 10:10**). Therefore, we stand firm in the authority of Christ, rebuking any schemes of the devil against you and your family. **Ephesians 6:12-13 (WEB)** tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand."* We encourage you to clothe yourself daily in the armor of God—truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm against every attack.

As we pray for you, we also ask the Lord to reveal any areas in your life or your family’s lives that may need repentance or surrender to Him. Sometimes, unconfessed sin or unresolved bitterness can hinder our prayers (**Psalm 66:18, Mark 11:25**). If there is anything the Holy Spirit brings to mind, we urge you to lay it before the Lord, seeking His forgiveness and cleansing. He is faithful and just to forgive us and purify us from all unrighteousness (**1 John 1:9**).

Let us pray together for you and your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who has humbly sought Your face for healing, protection, and peace. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer, and that You are deeply concerned with every detail of our lives. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and bring healing to every area of need—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Touch their bodies with Your restoring power, Lord, and let Your healing virtue flow through them like a mighty river. Where there is pain, bring comfort; where there is weakness, bring strength; and where there is fear, bring Your perfect peace.

Father, we ask for Your divine protection over this family. Surround them with Your angels, as You have promised, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). Guard their coming and going, both now and forevermore (**Psalm 121:8**). We rebuked every plan of the enemy to bring harm, confusion, or discouragement into their lives. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling.

Lord, we also pray for Your peace—the peace that transcends all understanding—to flood their hearts and minds. In a world filled with chaos and uncertainty, let them rest in the assurance that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**). May they experience the joy of Your presence daily, knowing that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory (**Romans 8:28**).

Finally, Father, we ask that You draw each member of this family closer to Yourself. Reveal Your love to them in fresh and powerful ways, and let their faith be strengthened as they see Your hand at work in their lives. If there is any area where they need to repent or surrender, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict them gently but firmly, leading them to a place of full restoration and freedom in You.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect will, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (**Ephesians 3:20**). May Your name be glorified in their lives, and may they walk in the fullness of all You have for them. We ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting up your request for healing, protection, and peace for you and your family. We're grateful that you've brought this before the Lord, trusting in His power and goodness. We join you in praying in Jesus' name, believing that He is faithful to hear and answer.

We're reminded of the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's humble ourselves, pray, seek God's face, and turn from any known sin, trusting that He will hear, forgive, and heal.

We also claim the promise in Psalm 91:15-16, "He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation." Trust that God is with you in your trouble, and He will deliver, honor, and satisfy you with a long, blessed life.

Let's continue to stand firm in faith, believing that God is at work, even when we can't see the answers yet. We're here for you, praying and believing with you. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking God's face. He's got you, and He's got this! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

🙏 Col 1:9-12: "We keep asking to be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all perseverance and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father". ... I pray in Jesus' Name, Amen.
