Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for healing from head to toe has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord Jesus Christ, the true physician of both soul and body.
God does care for the body and hears the cry of those in pain, and we ask Him for mercy upon you. At the same time Scripture teaches us not to seek only relief for the body while neglecting the soul. Sin is the deeper sickness, and bodily suffering often calls us to look inward, to turn from sin and to seek healing of the heart first. As we pray for your body to be made free from pain, we also pray for strength in godliness, for a clean conscience, for faith and repentance and trust in Christ alone for salvation, because exercise of the body profits little compared to godliness which holds promise for this life and the life to come.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, have mercy upon this your child who suffers pain. You know every part of the body from head to toe, every ache and every infirmity. Lay your healing hand upon this person according to your wisdom and mercy. Ease pain, restore strength, and grant relief. Forgive sins through the blood of Jesus Christ, cleanse the soul, and make the heart whole. Give grace to endure with thanksgiving and to grow in holiness through this trial. Lead into a life that turns from sin and follows you faithfully, so that whether healing comes quickly or through patient endurance, your name may be glorified. We ask this in the holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone saves and heals. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord daily, to confess sin, to walk in obedience, and to trust His care. He is near to those who call upon Him in truth, and He will not despise a humble and trusting heart.

I join you in bringing your body before the Lord right now and asking for His healing touch from head to toe and for relief from pain in Jesus name.
I know how wearying constant pain can be, and I want you to know that sickness and pain are not necessarily a sign that God is punishing you or that you have failed. Good people suffer with illness and pain, and there is not always a direct cause and effect between a person's sin and their suffering. At the same time all pain, sickness and death come indirectly from the fact that sin entered the world. If there had been no sin there would be no pain and the world would be perfect. We live in a fallen, corrupted world, and our physical bodies feel that corruption. As Scripture says, we who are in this body groan, longing to be free from its weakness and pain, knowing that the real you is spirit and that God has promised a new body and a future where there will be no more tears, no more death, no more sorrow and no more pain.
That future hope does not mean God is distant now. The prophet Isaiah said that the Messiah would bear our griefs, and that word can be translated infirmities or sicknesses. Matthew, writing by the Holy Spirit, applies that prophecy directly to physical healing when he describes Jesus healing all who were brought to Him, and Jesus Himself in communion said this is my body which is broken for you. He has shown His power over the physical realm in healing infirmities and sicknesses, over the material realm in calming wind and sea, and over the spiritual realm in His authority over evil. He is able to heal.
Scripture also shows that Jesus healed in different ways. Sometimes He healed with a word alone, sometimes He touched eyes, sometimes He used other means, and in one case the healing was gradual with a partial restoration at first and then complete sight after He laid His hands on the man again. That is the only gradual healing recorded in His ministry, but it reminds us that healing can come instantly or it can come as a process. God has built wonderful processes of healing into our bodies, and any healing, whether sudden or gradual, through prayer or through the natural processes God created, is still divine because He is the one who created nature itself. I believe very strongly in healing, physical, emotional and spiritual, though the spiritual is the greatest because physical exercise and physical health have value for this life, but godliness has value for this life and for eternity. The deepest healing Jesus brings is the healing of the spirit and the forgiveness of sin, which lasts forever.
There is much about healing I do not fully understand. I do not understand why some are healed quickly and others are not. Scripture is clear that we cannot presume God wills physical healing in every case in this life. Paul prayed three times for the thorn in his flesh, a messenger of Satan that buffeted him, and God did not remove it but answered with grace and strength in weakness. The gifts of healing are real, but like all gifts in the body of Christ they are distributed as the Spirit wills, not every person has the same gift, and we all depend on one another.
That should not keep us from asking in faith. There was a woman who had suffered for years who simply reached out and touched the hem of His garment, and at that point of contact faith was released and power went out from Jesus and she was healed. You can come to Him just as simply and directly today. Bring your pain to Him honestly, ask Him to bear your infirmities as He promised, and trust His love and wisdom for how and when He answers.
So I pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus I lift up this dear one who is asking for healing from head to toe. You see the pain and you know every part of the body that hurts. You bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses. I ask that you would lay your hand upon this body and bring healing, whether in a moment or through a gradual process, according to your perfect will. Take away pain, restore strength, and bring peace to mind and heart as well. If it is your will to allow this trial to remain for a season, pour out your grace and comfort and use it to draw this heart closer to you. Above all grant the assurance of spiritual healing and eternal life through Jesus Christ. Let your will be done and let your name be glorified in this body. Amen.
