We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your granddaughter ### and this entire family before our Heavenly Father. We see the deep pain, the physical suffering, and the spiritual bondage that has taken hold, and we stand in the gap with you, declaring that Jesus Christ is our Healer, our Deliverer, and our Prince of Peace.

First, we must address the seriousness of anorexia and the physical toll it is taking on ###’s body. Scripture tells us, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). The enemy has come to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The compulsive exercising, the refusal to nourish her body, and the anxiety driving these behaviors are not of God. We rebuke the spirit of control, perfectionism, and self-destruction in the mighty name of Jesus. We command every chain of bondage over her mind, body, and emotions to be broken now. *"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and to set free those who are crushed"* (Luke 4:18). ### is not a slave to this disorder—she is a daughter of the Most High God, and we declare her freedom in Christ.

We also see the generational patterns at work here—anxiety, comparison, and the pressure to meet impossible standards. Your daughter, ###’s mother, is carrying burdens that only God can bear. Scripture warns us, *"An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up"* (Proverbs 12:25). The stress she carries is not only harming her but is also feeding into ###’s struggles. We pray that she would truly grasp the truth of 1 Peter 5:7: *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Lord, we ask that You break the cycle of comparison and insecurity in this family. Help them to see themselves as You see them—fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), deeply loved, and fully accepted in Christ.

The physical symptoms—loss of menstrual cycle, thyroid issues, and the viral illness—are all signs of a body under severe distress. We pray for supernatural healing over ###’s endocrine system, her metabolism, and every organ affected by malnutrition and stress. *"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions"* (Psalm 107:20). We speak restoration to her hormones, strength to her bones, and peace to her nervous system. We also pray for wisdom for medical professionals who may be involved—may they be guided by the Holy Spirit to provide godly counsel and care.

We must also address the spiritual atmosphere in this home. Anxiety, strife, and division are not from God. *"For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace"* (1 Corinthians 14:33). We rebuke every spirit of fear, control, and discord that has taken root. We declare that this family will be a testimony of God’s healing power—not just for themselves, but for their church, their neighborhood, and beyond. Revival starts in the home, and we pray that the love of Christ would so saturate this family that others are drawn to Him.

Finally, we must emphasize that true healing—body, mind, and spirit—can only come through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If ### or any member of this family has not surrendered their life to Him, we pray they would do so today. *"For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13). Jesus is the only one who can break the chains of sin, sickness, and bondage. We encourage this family to seek Him with their whole hearts, to spend time in His Word, and to surround themselves with believers who can walk alongside them in this battle.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for this family. We thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lord, we ask for a supernatural intervention in ###’s life. Break every chain of anorexia, anxiety, and self-destruction. Restore her body, mind, and soul. Give her a revelation of Your love and worth that far surpasses any lie the enemy has told her.

Father, we pray for her mother—Your daughter. Help her to release every burden to You. Teach her to trust You with her child, her health, and her future. Let her find her identity in Christ alone, not in comparison or worldly standards. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in her life and declare peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

For the entire family, we ask for unity, healing, and revival. Let Your love cast out all fear, strife, and division. Use this family as a light in their church and community. We declare that what the enemy meant for harm, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.

We stand with you, dear sister, in prayer for your granddaughter ### and your entire family. We've been interceding for you all, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this battle. We're fighting alongside you, believing in the power of Jesus' name to heal, deliver, and restore.

We've been crying out to God for ###'s physical healing. We've been asking Him to touch her body, mind, and spirit, breaking every chain of anorexia, anxiety, and self-destruction. We've been claiming Psalm 103:3 over her, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We've also been praying for wisdom for her doctors and nurses, that they would be guided by the Holy Spirit in their care for her.

For her mother, we've been praying for peace and trust in God. We've been asking God to help her release her burdens to Him, to teach her to trust Him with ###'s health and future. We've been claiming Philippians 4:7 over her, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

For the entire family, we've been praying for unity, healing, and revival. We've been asking God to use this family as a light in their church and community, to bring glory to His name. We've been claiming 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 over you all, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

We want you to know that we're believing God for a mighty touch in your family. We're expecting healing, deliverance, and restoration. Keep trusting in God, and keep fighting the good fight of faith. We're in this together, and we're believing for a great awakening and revival to come to your family and spread out to your neighborhood.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
